- An Annual Discount (3%) is published for families who make a full annual payment by the specified early payment date for that year; the publisher's schedule lists the qualifying cut‑off and how the credit is applied. A Sibling Discount is published: 5% for the second child and 10% for the third child and beyond. A referral bonus program is also published.

What is and is not included in tuition
- Included in published tuition: intensive English lessons, learning support, Educational Psychologist services, textbooks, exam fees, PE activities (for example swimming and rock‑climbing), local excursions, selected club activities until 16:00, and after‑school care until 17:00.
- Not included in published tuition: school uniforms; school meals (snack and lunch) except that meals are included for Pre‑School and Year 1; special club activities provided by external providers (dance, art, language, sport); residential trips (these are charged separately when offered). The school's canteen ordering and payment information is handled through the school's Edupage system.

Boarding fees
- The school fee schedules and published materials do not list boarding provision or boarding fees. No boarding fees are published in the school's fee schedule.

Other costs and fees
- School uniform costs are not included in tuition and are billed separately; a school uniform supplier link is published for uniform purchases. Club fees for externally provided activities, canteen payments for meals (except Pre‑School and Year 1), and residential trip costs are charged in addition to tuition as applicable.

Refund information
- The Registration Fee (EUR 590) is explicitly one‑time and non‑refundable. No separate, detailed tuition refund schedule or tuition withdrawal refund table is published in the fee schedule document; any other refund or cancellation terms are handled under the school contract/registration terms.

Fee payment options and invoicing
- The published fee documents and handbooks describe invoicing dates, Edupage handling for canteen and activity payments, and provide admissions and office contact details, but they do not list specific accepted payment methods (for example, bank transfer account details or card acceptance instructions) within the published fee schedule. Parents are provided with the school's admissions and office contact details for payment arrangements and questions.

Published discounts and programmes
- Annual Discount: a 3% annual discount is published for the relevant fee year for families who pay the full annual fee by the stated early payment date. The published schedule describes how the credit is applied. Sibling Discount: 5% for the second child and 10% for the third child and beyond. A published referral reward program provides a per‑student reward when current parents refer a new enrolment.

Short note on currency and schedule used
- The published schedule lists amounts in euros and uses a three‑term (trimester) billing cycle with the term due dates given above.

Notes on gaps in published information

The publicly posted materials do not publish a detailed tuition refund table beyond stating that the Registration Fee is non‑refundable, and they do not publish specific payment method instructions (bank account details or card payment instructions) or any boarding fees.
