CAS (Creativity, Activity and Service) encourages students to engage in experiences that foster personal and interpersonal development and a sense of responsibility to their community. Creativity involves arts, crafts, music, drama, writing, while Activity focuses on sports, outdoor activities, and physical well-being; Service encourages volunteering and community service. Service As Action prompts students to reflect on the impact of their actions on themselves and their communities. Beyond CAS, the school offers Personal Project and Extended Essay for independent inquiry, and provides Olympiads, Model United Nations and internships to broaden academic experience.
The after-school program includes Arts & Creativity activities such as drama (Act-Co) and Art Club with painting, sculpture, drawing, lino printing and sewing. Students can explore crafts through Candle Making, Fiber Arts, Crocheting, Jewelry-Making, Hands-On Crafting + Cooking. There are culture-inspired and literary activities such as Maya Explorers Club and Poetry Club. Play Club provides social and creative play opportunities, complementing arts offerings.
Culture Weeks reflect more than 30 cultures represented in the EISB community and invite each culture to celebrate its traditions through school-wide events. Each culture can designate an entire week for language, celebrations, activities, food, perspectives and competitions. Language clubs include ASL, From Aleph to Tav Hebrew, German Club and Spanish Club.
Play Club offers social play time with optional activities (games, puzzles, art). Spirit Club organizes cheering squads, bands, in-school promotions, media events and celebrations of members' achievements. Student-led initiatives enable students to start clubs, organize events and launch service projects, fostering leadership, creativity and collaboration.

Masterclasses and Workshops are offered for Parents/Adults at the request of the community, and the school hosts workshops, panels and seminars. Professional Internships provide real-world experience through internships with partner companies. Future Planning Club helps students explore university admissions, career pathways and essential skills for success. Student-led initiatives foster leadership, project management, communication and community involvement.
Activity includes sports and outdoor activities to promote a healthy lifestyle. Dance Therapy, Latin Dance, Yoga Club, Love4Tennis, Racket Skills and the Bodyweight Lab offer movement and fitness options, with Ping-Pong and Dungeons & Dragons providing active recreation and teamwork.
