- Registration Deposit (new students): KRW 3,000,000 (non-refundable). This deposit secures the offered place and is deducted from the first tuition payment.
- Re-enrollment Deposit (returning students): KRW 3,000,000 (non-refundable) required to secure a place for the next academic year; this deposit is deducted from the annual tuition.
- Entrance Fee (one-off for new students): KRW 3,000,000 (non-refundable). A sibling discount of KRW 1,000,000 applies to the Entrance Fee for the second and subsequent enrolled children.

Boarding fees (Grades 6–12 eligible; full-time and weekdays-only options)

- Full-time boarding (annual): KRW 21,098,000.
- Weekdays-only boarding (annual): KRW 16,854,000. Weekdays-only students return home Friday evening and return Sunday afternoon; weekend boarding and weekend activities are restricted for those on the weekdays-only plan.

- Boarding payment schedule examples shown:
- Lump-sum boarding payment due: May 8 (lump-sum date shown).
- Installment option: 1st installment on May 8 and 2nd installment on October 27 (installment amounts are exactly half the annual fee).

- Boarding fee includes boarding-specific activities but excludes meals and snacks; meals are invoiced separately by the catering operator.

Other costs and recurring charges

- Meals: invoiced separately by the catering operator for both day and boarding students.
- School bus (day students): Jeju City line example: KRW 4,320,000 (annual, round trip). School bus fees become non-refundable after the semester begins.
- Excursions and many co-curricular activities are included in tuition; certain optional, extended, or specialist activities (overnight/overseas trips, external examinations, private lessons outside school capacity, some camps) are charged separately as they occur. Invoices for such items will be issued as they occur.
- Stationery: the cost of the initial stationery pack provided at the start of each academic year is included in tuition.
- Uniforms and sportswear: parents are responsible for purchasing required uniforms and sportswear from the designated vendors.
- Diploma (IB) related: IB Diploma examination and international postage fees are included in the tuition; some DP textbooks or course-specific materials may be the responsibility of students/parents.
- Sibling discounts: Entrance Fee discount of KRW 1,000,000 applies for the second and subsequent enrolled children; third child tuition discount of 15% is applied (eldest and second child positions have no tuition discount).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Registration / re-enrollment deposit: payable promptly on acceptance. Registration deposit is normally payable within 7 days of the offer letter. The Registration/Re-enrollment Deposit (KRW 3,000,000) is deducted from the annual tuition invoice.
- Tuition payment options and typical due-date windows shown:
- One-payment (lump-sum) option: payment in early May; tuition paid in full receives a 2% discount (applies to tuition only).
- Two-payment option: two equal payments with the Registration/Re-enrollment Deposit deducted from the first payment; first payment due in the early-May window and second payment due in October. (Example windows shown: 1st payment between April 15 – May 8; 2nd payment between October 1 – October 27.)
- Boarding fees may be paid in one or two payments; meals remain billed separately by the caterer. Tuition must be paid in the two billed currencies (KRW and USD) in the amounts billed; boarding and other fees are payable in KRW.
- A student is not permitted to attend classes or school activities until full payment of the tuition fee for the relevant period is made. Interest is charged on overdue balances at 12% per annum, calculated pro rata by calendar days. Failure to pay by the due date may result in a student being placed on a wait-list.

Refund information and schedule

- Non-refundable in all cases: Application Fee, Registration Deposit, Re-enrollment Deposit (before semester begins), Entrance Fee, Boarding Entrance Fee. School bus fee is non-refundable after the semester begins. Refund is not permitted if school is closed due to Force Majeure.
- Refundable items follow a semester-based refund schedule (written withdrawal or change-of-status requests required):
- Requests made at least 10 weeks before semester start: full refund.
- Requests made 6 weeks before semester start: 80% refund.
- Requests made within 6 weeks before semester start: 60% refund.
- After the semester begins: within 30 days of the first day of attendance — 40% refund; within 60 days — 20% refund; after 60 days — no refund.
- Specific semester-date windows and the dates used for the refund schedule are set per-semester in the billing documents. Written notice requirements (for withdrawal or change of boarding status) are 10 weeks in advance for semester withdrawals or boarding changes.

Fee payment options and practical payment details

- Tuition is payable in both Korean Won (KRW) and US Dollars (USD) in the exact amounts billed; all other fees must be paid in KRW. Boarding fees are payable in KRW only.
- Primary payment method: payment to each student's virtual banking account (NH Bank / Nonghyup) shown on the invoice. If deposit to the virtual account is not possible, payments may be remitted to the school's general account with clear student identification (student name + registration number). Banking charges are the responsibility of the payer.
- International remittance details and guidance: SWIFT NACFKRSEXXX (NH Bank). For remittances from abroad, add USD 25 and KRW 30,000 to cover banking charges. Parents may request an adjusted invoice or alternative payment advice from the finance office (finance@branksome.asia).

Late payment and billing system

- Interest on overdue balances: 12% per annum, applied pro-rata by calendar days. Students with unpaid fees are not permitted to participate in classes or school activities until accounts are settled. Invoices and receipts are available via the school billing system. Banking fees and transfer charges are payable by parents.

Notes and common inclusions / exclusions

- Included in tuition: initial stationery pack, many excursions and co-curricular activities that are part of curriculum delivery, and IB Diploma examination and postage fees.
- Excluded from tuition: meals (charged by caterer), uniforms, some textbooks and course materials (DP textbooks may be parent-paid), extended or optional trips, and certain specialist activities which will be invoiced separately.

Branksome Hall Asia is an international day and boarding school on Jeju Island, South Korea, educating students from Junior Kindergarten Prep through Grade 12. Students follow the International Baccalaureate continuum: PYP (JK Prep–Grade 5), MYP (Grades 6–10) and the Diploma Programme (Grades 11–12). Beyond classes, students can join C.A.S.E.
