GSIS offers over 30 after-school activities and academic societies. Examples include Model United Nations (MUN), the National Honor Society (NHS), and IT Robot Club. The program supports IB Service as Action, encouraging students to apply learning in the community.
Drama Club, Jazz Band, Theater Club, and the String Quintet Club are among performing arts offerings. The school also runs an A Capella Club and a Creative Writing Club. Private music lessons are available in violin, viola, cello, flute, and clarinet.

Founded in 2006, Gyeonggi Suwon International School (GSIS) is a coeducational Christian day and boarding school in Yeongtong-gu, Suwon. Students from Junior-Kindergarten through Grade 12 follow the International Baccalaureate continuum: PYP (Pre-K–Grade 5), MYP (Grades 6–10) and the IB Diploma Programme in the upper grades. GSIS lists campus facilities including a sports complex, a soccer field and an auditorium. The school reports an enrollment of 530 students, with Elementary classes capped at 20 and Secondary classes capped at 25.
