History

Agora Príncipes Infant School was founded in 1993 as a bilingual English-Spanish school for children aged 0 to 6. Agora Granada College International School opened on 9 September 1999, introducing a bilingual project for Infant to Baccalaureate with 225 pupils in a building of 2,273 square metres. In 2009 a second building was added to accommodate one line in the first cycle of Infant Education and two in the second cycle. In 2021 the school joined Globeducate, a group with more than 55 schools in 10 countries on 3 continents. In 2022 the school was authorised to deliver the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and Chinese language and culture were introduced in the Primary curriculum from the 3rd year of Primary School.

Community

Family participation is essential to the educational project, with tutorials, Open Week and the Parents' School. The Unique Experiences include Exchanges and Stays Abroad and International Events, expanding cultural and global engagement for students and families. Globeducate membership broadens the school's international context and multicultural environment.

Parent-Teacher Association

The school maintains family involvement through the Parents' School. Tutorials are offered to involve families in their children's education. Open Week invites families to visit and learn about the school. The school emphasises collaboration between families and staff through these activities.
