The classrooms and laboratories are bright, modern and spacious and fully compliant with current legislation. The campus is coastal, close to the sea, and fully equipped to foster a positive and focused learning environment. The school is an official music conservatory and has extensive sports facilities, including a semi-Olympic indoor swimming pool. It also hosts a library and the Agora Innovation Centre, a 180 m² space with 3D printers, VR glasses, robots, laser cutters and areas for talks, radio and podcasts.
The on-site sports centre offers state-of-the-art facilities. There are Astro-turf soccer pitches, basketball and mini-basketball courts, tennis and paddle courts, and a multi-purpose sports centre with a 25-metre indoor swimming pool and a children's pool. The complex also includes a gym, a dance studio and saunas, supporting physical education and wellbeing.
The school has bright, modern classrooms and laboratories that are fully equipped for every educational stage and curriculum area. It houses dedicated spaces for Psychomotor development, Computing and Music, plus laboratories for Biology, Physics and Chemistry. The Agora Innovation Centre is a 180 m² space with 3D printers, virtual reality equipment, robots, laser cutters and spaces for talks, radio and podcasts, supporting computational thinking and creativity. The library is a central study hub stocked with multilingual texts and computers with internet access, open from 7:50 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Pupils can choose extracurricular activities at our Language or Music Academies, participate in sporting, recreational or cultural activities, or join trips and excursions. The Language Academy offers classes in English, German, Chinese and Spanish with small groups and official language certificates. Active English runs on Saturdays, October to June, for Agora Portals students and non-enrolled children, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Music Academy provides an extensive extracurricular music programme with classes in music theory, harmony, modern and classical music, chamber music, guitar and drums. The Sports Programme includes swimming, skating, judo, yoga, multi-sports, self-defence, golf and badminton; the Sports Club offers chess, football, rhythmic gymnastics, athletics, rugby, volleyball and basketball. Technological, Recreational and Cultural Activities cover robotics, coding, 3D modelling, fun science, study skills and business games.
Agora Portals International School is a private international school in Portals Nous, Mallorca, and is part of the Globeducate Group. It offers an IB Continuum from Early Years to the Diploma Programme (PYP, MYP, DP) and includes a German Curriculum, serving ages 0–18. The school is tri-lingual with English as the flagship language and Mandarin Chinese, German and French as additional languages; multilingual immersion supports mastery of at least two languages and develops analytical thinking, information presentation, evaluation and defence of ideas, creative problem solving, knowledge retention and understanding of key concepts.
