Application / enrolment fees
- Matriculation (enrolment) fee: a one‑time payment due when a student first enrols; a reduced matriculation fee applies from the second enrolled sibling.
- Reservation fee: a single annual payment to reserve a place for a given academic year. For the first year this is paid as a single amount at enrolment; for subsequent years the reservation is collected in two instalments (April and May). The reservation amount is integrated into the annual tuition charge.
Tuition fees by year group (annual and monthly basis)
- Nursery / Early Years and Primary (most years listed): Annual tuition EUR 5,750. Monthly tuition when paid in the school's standard plan (10 monthly instalments, September–June) equals EUR 575 per month.
- Lower Secondary (approx. Years 7–10): Annual tuition EUR 6,170. Monthly (10 instalments) equals EUR 617 per month.
- Upper Secondary / Baccalaureate (Years 11–12 / IB years): Annual tuition EUR 6,330. Monthly (10 instalments) equals EUR 633 per month.
- First year total for new enrolments includes one‑time enrolment fees in addition to annual tuition (example: total first‑year cost shown for a Nursery 1 enrolment including one‑time fees is EUR 6,500).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed in ten monthly instalments (paid September through June).
- Reservation fee for the following academic year is charged in two instalments (April and May) for re‑enrolment; for first‑time enrolment the reservation is a single payment at registration. The reservation amount is taken into account within the annual tuition.
- Classroom supplies (covers classroom materials, educational technology, software and digital platforms) is billed in two instalments (November and January). This supplies fee does not include textbooks or school uniform.
- School insurance is paid as a single annual payment in September.
- School lunch (comedor) is calculated on an annual basis and divided into monthly payments from September to June so families pay a fixed monthly amount for lunch regardless of the number of school days in each month.
- Extra‑curricular activities carry separate fees; each activity's cost is published when activities are offered. Transport and other optional services are billed separately (transport shown historically as a separate monthly fee). Late or non‑payment may result in suspension of specific services.
Boarding / residence fees
- Boarding is not provided at the Lanzarote campus. The school operates an international residential centre (Sulis Manor) in Bath, UK, for immersion and exchange programmes, which is a separate centre; boarding fees are not applicable to the Lanzarote day‑school fee schedule.
Other costs and recurring charges
- Classroom supplies / educational materials fee: billed in two instalments (November and January); does not include textbooks or uniform. Specific per‑pupil amount is published in the school's detailed fee sheet.
- School insurance: single annual payment in September; amount is published on the detailed fee sheet.
- School lunch: charged monthly (prorated from a single annual amount, invoiced over September–June).
- Transport: optional service charged separately as a monthly fee.
- Uniforms and textbooks: not included in classroom supplies; families must budget separately for school uniform and textbooks. School trips and external residential stays (e.g., Sulis Manor stays) are charged separately.
- Sibling discount: a reduction in tuition is available for the youngest child when three or more children from the same family are enrolled; eligibility and the reduction amount are defined by the school.
Refunds and cancellations
- The published fee information does not present a general, standard refund schedule on the public fees page; cancellation, refunds or adjustments are handled under the school's administrative and contractual terms. Non‑payment carries penalties or suspension of services as indicated in the school's fee communications. Parents should consult the school's finance office or terms of enrolment for the precise contractual refund/cancellation terms that apply to a given payment.
Fee payment options
- The school's public fee information and fee summaries do not list specific accepted payment methods (for example: bank transfer, card, direct debit). Families are billed according to the school's invoicing cycle (reservation, monthly tuition, supply instalments, etc.). For account and payment arrangements, contact the school's administration or finance office.
Notes about the fee figures presented above
- Annual tuition figures and the examples of one‑time enrolment charges shown above are taken from the school's published fee summaries and fee sheets. The school publishes detailed fee sheets for Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Baccalaureate that show the full breakdowns (matriculation, reservation, monthly instalments, supplies, insurance, lunch and optional services).
The majority of students have Spanish as their mother tongue; there is a substantial group from other European and Asian countries.
