All students are assigned to a house to compete in sports and recreational activities. This house system facilitates social integration by enabling students of different ages and grades to share time and activities, fostering a sense of belonging to the community.
The school is part of Mathema Education, an educational group founded in 2012 by Antonio Arcones that also manages Aquinas American School and the International School of Navarra.
Atlas American School of Malaga is a private international school in Estepona, Malaga, serving ages 3–18 with an American curriculum that also prepares students for Spanish and international university entrance. The program runs Preschool through High School and emphasizes inquiry, reflection and communication alongside content knowledge. English is the language of instruction, with Spanish and French language programs and EAL and Learning Support to assist diverse learners. The campus features a 7v7 soccer field, a fitness room, an elementary gym and two basketball courts. Students belong to the Home of the Sharks house system, fostering sport and recreational competition. Distinctive offerings include an Entrepreneurship Program for grades 10–12 with a shark-tank investor pitch, and authorization to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program. Atlas ASM provides university counseling, a dedicated SAT preparation course, and guidance for admission to universities worldwide. Atlas ASM is part of Mathema Education, collaborating with Aquinas American School.
