Instead of traditional teachers, the campus utilizes Learning Coaches who provide personalized mentorship through weekly one-on-one meetings, while subject-specialist Course Managers support academic progress via a 24/7 digital platform. The school is recognized for its "Brave and Beyond" initiative, which focuses on developing digital literacy and soft skills alongside academics.
