Billing schedule and payment terms

- Billing options include paying the full tuition in one annual payment (eligible for a published discount for one-time annual payment) or spreading payments over multiple instalments; monthly instalment plans are offered (examples in earlier schedules show tuition spread over a multi-month plan). Specific available payment plans, instalment counts and any administrative fees for payment plans are set at billing.

- The school applies an annual-payment discount for families who choose a one-time payment (a 4% reduction off base tuition is published in the tuition materials).

Boarding fees (where applicable)

- Boarding is offered for qualified Upper School students (grades 9–12) and for certain study-abroad / gap-year options. Boarding fees are charged separately from day-student tuition and are published as a separate boarding fee schedule. Parents should expect the boarding cost to be additional to the annual tuition.

Other compulsory and typical additional costs

- Technology fee (required): amounts vary by division (examples from recent fee schedules show separate technology fees for Lower, Middle and Upper School).
- Book / materials fee (required): amounts vary by division (recent schedules show lower/middle/upper book fees).
- Meals: compulsory for lower and middle school students in recent published schedules; an annual meals charge is shown in recent materials.
- Transportation (school bus): optional, charged separately; examples in published schedules show a range dependent on route and service level.
- Extended-day programs / before- and after-school care: optional charges apply (recent schedules show fixed fees for early arrival / late pick-up options).
- IB program fees (Upper School): additional grade‑specific IB or senior-program fees have been published for the IB years (example figures were listed in the school's fee brochure).
- Uniforms: Brewster Madrid requires school uniform items; uniform purchase is an additional family cost (prices vary by supplier and items selected).
- Sibling discounts and early-payment discounts: the published fee structure includes sibling discounts (for example: 2nd child 10%, 3rd child 20%, 4th child 40%) and an annual-payment discount as noted above.

Refunds and withdrawals

- Enrollment and billing terms, including refund or cancellation rules for deposits, enrollment fees and tuition, are governed by the school's enrolment / financial agreement. Families should note that one-time enrollment charges and deposits are treated separately from annual tuition and that withdrawal/refund terms are specified in the signed financial agreement and invoice terms.

Fee payment options

- Families use the school's Parent Portal (accounts.veracross.eu) for billing and payments. Accepted payment methods commonly available through Veracross parent portals include bank transfer (wire/SEPA), ACH/direct debit where available, and major credit/debit cards; convenience or card-processing fees may apply for card payments depending on the payment method selected.
