The school operates in modern, independent buildings in a natural setting for Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form. Open learning spaces are equipped with the latest technology and there are more than 8,000 m2 of sports facilities. Key spaces include a Welcome Desk, Classrooms, the Secondary & Sixth Form Building, Laboratories, a Creativity Center, Theatre, Gym, Art Gallery, Music classrooms, Sports courts, Dining room, Playgrounds and a Radio studio. In 2025, a new Early Years building began construction as part of a two-phase expansion to create bright, open spaces, with plans for a future library, offices and multi-purpose rooms.
The school has more than 8,000 m2 of sports facilities. Among them are multipurpose sports fields, basketball courts, and a seven-a-side football pitch. There is also a swimming pool and an 11-a-side artificial grass pitch used for various sports. The spaces support activities such as football, rugby and badminton.
Foundation Stage classrooms are designed with natural light and are organized into learning areas such as reading corners, writing tables, painting areas and an outdoor space with an art area and play zone. Primary buildings are two-story, with classrooms equipped with interactive digital whiteboards, and students have access to iPads and Chromebooks; a Library on the ground floor supports reading and study. Secondary and Sixth Form classrooms are bright with glass walls and sliding partitions, and are equipped with interactive digital boards, computers, iPads, Chromebooks and MacBooks. The Secondary & Sixth Form Building includes The Hub, Green Area, two Laboratories, and dedicated spaces for Art and Music. There are dedicated spaces for Arts, Music and drama; the Library serves as a resource for books and study; there are also a Theatre, a Gym, an Art Gallery, Music classrooms and a Dining room to support holistic learning.
A wide range of extracurricular activities is offered. Creative Workshop and Magic Workshop are available, along with Chess, Pequemás and Ucmás, and Tech Workshop (Scratch, Minecraft, Robotics, 3D design and printing). Languages include French and German. Music options include Introduction to Musical Language, Trinity Rock & Pop and Piano. Additional activities include Cooking and Rugby.
British College La Cañada is an independent British school in Valencia that welcomes students from age 2 to 18. The school follows the National Curriculum of England and Wales with Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge A Levels, and BTEC qualifications, alongside Spanish language and culture.
