The British Royal School opened its doors in 2016, inaugurating Nursery and Reception Class classrooms with modern, spacious facilities. The facilities are adapted to the educational needs of our students for both the school day and recreational activities. There are separate zones for different activities, including classrooms, a play area, a dining room, and a nap room for three-year-olds. There is also a garden area, a greenhouse, a football pitch, an indoor gym, and outdoor play areas. A 300-square-meter library, a computer room, and a music area complete the learning environment.
The sports facilities include a football pitch and an indoor gym. Outdoor play areas support active physical education. The campus layout is designed to support physical education and active learning. The facilities enable year-round sport and recreation.

The school offers after-school activities from Monday to Friday. These activities are taught by BRS teachers or external specialists. For the 2023–2024 academic year, activities include Robotics, Art, Sports, Oratory, Music, Swimming, and Judo. Activities run from 15:30 to 16:30, with some sessions extending to 17:00–18:00.
British Royal School is a private secular school in Madrid offering education for ages 2 to 18. The curriculum follows the British National Curriculum, starting with the Early Years Foundation Stage and progressing through Cambridge IGCSE, with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme planned for final two years from 2028–2029. Instruction is conducted in English, while Spanish and Galician are taught as part of a bilingual program to meet regional requirements. From Year 3 onward, students may choose French, German, or Chinese as language options.
