University destinations are published for cohorts such as the class of 2024, illustrating the school's success in guiding students to higher education both nationally and internationally.

Wellbeing

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

The school pursues personal, social and emotional development, as well as the acquisition of fundamental values, alongside academic achievement. An emotional wellbeing programme underpins pastoral care and is rooted in the British educational system. The approach addresses personal, emotional, social, intellectual and moral needs through a holistic framework. The environment is designed to be safe, happy and confident for learners. Students are encouraged to approach teachers and Learning Support Assistants with any concerns.

Special Educational Needs (SEN)

The Inclusion Department collaborates with parents and teachers to provide advice and tailored support for pupils with a range of SEND. Early identification of SEND removes barriers to learning and helps pupils progress cognitively, personally and socially. The department uses Waves of Intervention: Wave 1 Quality First Teaching; Wave 2 with a Pupil Profile and targeted in-class or withdrawn group sessions; Wave 3 with a formal diagnosis and an IEP. IEPs outline targets, strategies and specific support and are reviewed midway through each term. If the school cannot meet a pupil's SEND within normal resources, parents are consulted about the best course of action.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

English is the vehicular language of the education at Cambridge House Valencia. The school offers English courses for children and adults to learn or improve English, with afternoon and Saturday options. It is an Official Cambridge Exam Preparation Centre offering exams such as A2 Key for Schools, B1 Preliminary for Schools, B2 First for Schools and CAE. Cambridge exam preparation courses are available for the listed qualifications. English courses for children run in the afternoons (17:30–19:00) and Saturdays (10:30–13:30) for ages three to 14, with further details in the courses page.

Mental Wellbeing

Pastoral Care focuses on the emotional wellbeing and the personal, social and emotional development of students. The programme strengthens self-awareness and self-esteem within a safe, stimulating learning environment. The approach aims to keep learners happy and confident, with staff available to discuss concerns as needed. The emotional wellbeing provision is embedded in the British education framework and is supported by the school's pastoral structures. Students are encouraged to speak with teachers and Learning Support Assistants about any concerns.

Safeguarding

The school operates an Internal Reporting System for safeguarding concerns. Pastoral care and the Inclusion Department work with families to address welfare needs, supported by staff such as the SENCo, Psychologist and Support Teachers. The school has been a Globeducate member since 2021, providing oversight of health, safety and welfare standards. Policies and protocols governing health, safety and child protection are published in the school's legal notices and policies sections.
