Billing schedule and payment terms

- Annual tuition can be paid in 10 monthly instalments (September–June) or as a single annual payment. Monthly tuition figures above assume 10 payments (Sept–June).
- Monthly payments are collected by SEPA direct debit (domiciliación bancaria) and are due within the first five (5) calendar days of each month. Late payment interest and charges may apply; interest on overdue amounts can be charged up to 3% per month.
- Advance/one‑off payment arrangements (for example, paying the year in full) are accepted under separate agreement with the school's Finance Department; an early‑payment discount is offered when conditions are met.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable. No boarding/residential fees are shown; the school provides day‑school services including optional transport but does not list boarding provision.

Other costs and optional services

- Place booking / reservation of place: charged annually to guarantee a place for the following academic year; this is non‑refundable except in the limited circumstance described in the parent contract (see refund timing rule below). Exact reservation amounts are managed in the school's fee schedule.
- Lunch service: optional; food is prepared and served on school premises. Specific lunch pricing is charged separately.
- Transport service: optional; school transport covers a wide radius and is priced separately.
- Morning/afternoon care (extended hours): optional and charged separately.
- Uniforms: sold and managed by an external uniform supplier; uniform costs are paid separately through the supplier.
- Books and basic materials: students receive books and necessary materials on the first day of school; these are not included in the tuition fees and may be charged separately.

Discounts and sibling policy

- Sibling discounts: the third child from the same family receives a 25% discount on tuition and the place reservation; the fourth child receives a 100% reduction in the same concepts. New nursery students with a sibling already at the school receive 50% off the enrolment fee.
- Advance payment discount: a 3% discount is applied to tuition if the full year is paid in advance under the school's stated conditions and deadlines.

Refund and cancellation provisions

- Enrolment fee and matriculation payments are stated as one‑off, non‑refundable fees in the school's contract terms.
- Reservation of place is charged annually in the second term and is non‑refundable; however, a return (cancellation) of the first reservation receipt within ten (10) calendar days of receipt is treated as a unilateral rescission without penalty. After that 10‑day window, non‑payment or a returned reservation receipt is treated as a withdrawal without prior notice and may give rise to indemnity charges.
- If tuition was paid annually in advance and a student withdraws before the end of the course, the school refunds the remaining months (pro rata) less any applicable annual‑payment discount; failure to give the required notice of withdrawal can lead to charges for lack of notice as defined in the contract. Expulsion normally does not entitle the family to a refund for the current month or past months.

Fee payment options (how fees are collected)

- Monthly tuition payments: SEPA direct debit from a bank account is the required method for monthly payments.
- One‑off, advance or alternative payment arrangements: available by separate agreement with the Finance Department; families should follow the school's invoicing and Finance Department procedures for alternative payments or one‑off settlements. Interest and conditions for alternative arrangements are set out in the parent contract.

Note: All figures above are presented in euros (€) and follow the school's published fee schedule for the current academic offer. The school's parent contract sets the contractual payment timing, collection method (SEPA for monthly payments), late‑payment interest, reservation rules and refund conditions referenced in this summary.
