Application / registration fee
- One-time registration (admissions) fee: €350 is published as a one‑off registration charge for first-year enrolment (example shown for Nursery); the first-year total for Nursery therefore appears as €6,550 when that one‑time charge is added to the annual tuition.
Tuition fees by year group (annual and per‑term)
- Nursery (Nurs.1): Annual tuition €6,200. Per term (annual ÷ 3) = €2,066.67 (simple division shown for term figure).
- Kindergarten (Kindg. 1–3): Annual tuition €8,800. Per term (annual ÷ 3) = €2,933.33 (simple division shown for term figure).
- Primary Years (Grades 1–6): Annual tuition €9,610. Per term (annual ÷ 3) = €3,203.33 (simple division shown for term figure).
- Middle Years / Lower Secondary (Grades 7–10): Annual tuition €10,175. Per term (annual ÷ 3) = €3,391.67 (simple division shown for term figure).
- Upper Secondary / Baccalaureate (Years 11–12): Annual tuition €10,465. Per term (annual ÷ 3) = €3,488.33 (simple division shown for term figure).
(Note: the published tuition figures above are quoted on an annual basis; the per‑term figures in this list are calculated by dividing the published annual tuition by three equal terms.)
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is presented on an annual basis and the enrolment becomes a binding educational contract once the Enrollment Application and Financial Conditions are completed and the admission fee is paid. The contract covers one academic year and is automatically renewed unless the family notifies the school in writing before the end of March. Non‑payment of fees may result in termination of the contract and restriction from trips or extra‑curricular activities until accounts are brought up to date.
- Fees paid are non‑refundable except when a contracted service has not been provided; the Registration (admissions) fee is specified as non‑refundable at the point of enrolment. The Parental Agreement / Financial Conditions set the precise billing schedule and instalment terms that apply to each family.
- Example instalment practice: published tuition numbers are annual; families commonly arrange instalments under the school's Financial Conditions (the school's administrative documentation sets the precise instalment options). The per‑term breakdown above is a straightforward division of the annual figure into three equal terms to show termly equivalents.
Boarding fees (if applicable)
- Boarding: not applicable. The school operates as a day school; the educational contract explicitly includes lunch and school transport services as part of the school provision. School transport operation and dining‑room provision are described in the school regulations and operational documents.
Other costs and routine additional charges
- Uniform: a compulsory school uniform is specified in the school regulations (detailed uniform list by stage is published), and families are required to supply the uniform items listed. No fixed uniform price schedule is published in the operational regulations; purchase costs are borne by families.
- Lunch and transport: the educational contract states that lunch and transport services are included in the contract (families may choose not to use transport). Ancillary charges for optional activities, trips, or materials may apply where a family chooses optional services or external visits.
- Extracurricular activities, school trips, specific course materials, examination fees (where applicable) and some activity‑specific costs are additional to tuition and may be billed separately or charged on request. The Financial Conditions and the Parental Agreement define which services are included and which are charged additionally.
Refund information
- Fees paid are non‑refundable except where a contracted service has not been provided. The Registration/Admission fee is non‑refundable at the point of enrolment. The Parental Agreement / Financial Conditions set the detailed terms governing any refund or adjustment.
Fee payment options and how they are set
- Accepted payment methods and the specific billing cadence (annual, termly, monthly instalments, direct debit, bank transfer, card payment, etc.) are determined in the Financial Conditions and the Parental Agreement signed at enrolment; those documents establish the formal payment options and any available instalment plans or sibling discounts. Families complete the Financial Conditions during the admissions process and the school administration provides the applicable billing schedule for the chosen option.
Other practical notes for parents (fees only)
- Sibling discount: tuition assistance / concessions are offered starting from the third sibling enrolled; detailed concession rules are set out in school financial documentation.
- Contract renewal & notice: the educational contract is for one academic year and is automatically renewed unless the family provides written notice before the end of March of the current academic year; families should check the Financial Conditions and Parental Agreement for any termination‑related fees or liabilities.
