Alternative payment methods are available only by written request to the school's finance office (approval required). Late or missed payments may incur bank charges and legal interest; a EUR 15 fee is charged for each returned payment. If non-payment persists for 60 days the school reserves the right to take legal measures and to deny access; continuation of non-payment up to 90 days may lead to contract termination and permanent withdrawal of the pupil. There is a 1.25% discount for paying the full annual tuition in a single payment, provided that payment is completed before the established deadline (payment-before date communicated annually; typical deadline is prior to 15 July for the following academic year).

Boarding
- Not applicable for Colegio San Patricio Madrid's Serrano, La Moraleja and El Soto campuses: these operate as day-school campuses and do not publish boarding fees.

Other costs and optional services
- Dining service (annual) and transport (annual) are optional and billed separately; per-campus annual and per-day occasional rates are listed above.
- Textbooks, digital books and many standard school services (accident insurance on activities, school nurse, psychopedagogical guidance, technology fee, selected curricular enrichment activities, school photography/yearbook and some extracurricular programme administration) are included within the published tuition amounts. Additional optional activities that do not run all year (overnight trips, ski courses, certain external excursions, some short-term extracurricular items) are charged separately and must be paid before the activity.
- Uniforms: no separate, school-wide uniform charge is published in the fee schedules; parents should budget separately for any uniform purchases required by the school. Occasional campus handbooks reference a school uniform policy but the fee schedules do not list a uniform price line.

Refund and cancellation terms (payment and enrolment cancellations)
- A 15-calendar-day right of withdrawal is granted from the moment the matrícula or the reservation of a place is paid; within that period families may withdraw without penalty and are entitled to a refund of amounts paid tied to that act of enrolment or reservation. The reservation-of-place payment is treated as an amount on account of tuition and is deducted from the September instalment for the following year; after the 15-day withdrawal period the reservation payment is generally non‑refundable. In general, registration/inscription fees are charged to cover administration and are not refundable except to the extent of the statutory withdrawal right described above.

Fee payment options (how payments are taken)
- Standard method: automatic SEPA direct debit processed monthly; receipts are charged in the first days of each billing month. If direct debit is impossible, families must submit a written request to the finance director for an alternative arrangement. Full-course prepayment (single payment) is accepted with a 1.25% reduction if paid by the school's published deadline (typically before 15 July). Returned-payment charge: EUR 15 per rejected transaction.

If you need the figures presented as individual campus fee lists or a short printable summary, those campus fee schedules contain the full itemised amounts for the current academic year.
