Refund information and withdrawal / notice

- Derecho de desistimiento: existe un periodo de catorce (14) días naturales desde la aceptación para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento; si se notifica dentro de ese plazo, se reembolsarán las cantidades abonadas al aceptar la plaza y no se cobrarán tasas por falta de preaviso. Si no se notifica dentro de ese plazo, la cuota de matrícula no será reembolsada y podrán aplicarse tasas por falta de preaviso. Además, las bajas a mitad de curso no reducen la cantidad adeudada ni dan derecho a reembolso de las tasas pendientes. El depósito podrá retenerse para cubrir tasas por falta de preaviso.
- Exclusiones y suspensión: no corresponde reembolso ni condonación de tasas por exclusión, suspensión o expulsión del alumno/a durante el periodo en que se produzca la medida disciplinaria.

- Método principal: domiciliación bancaria (cargo directo) como forma de pago habitual y preferente. En caso de imposibilidad de domiciliación, puede autorizarse una excepción y realizarse el pago a través de la plataforma Flywire, previa autorización del colegio. Cualquier excepción alternativa debe acordarse con la Secretaría / CFO del centro. Se aplican cargos administrativos por pagos rechazados.
