- Terms are invoiced by term.
- Standard payment deadlines: Autumn term payment due by 1 March; Spring term payment due by 10 December (dates shown on the term invoice).
- The enrollment fee is normally invoiced/offset on the spring-term invoice and must be paid by the deadline stated on the offer (standard 14 days for the current intake). For later intakes the deadline may be shorter.
- Payment reference: always include the pupil's name and the term on the payment.
- Consequences of late or missing payment: interest on overdue amounts and the case is referred to legal debt collection if unpaid 60 days after the due date.

Refunds and cancellations

- Withdrawal right: a 14‑day right of withdrawal applies from the moment a binding contract is entered; using this right within 14 days entitles the family to a full refund of the enrollment fee.
- General refund policy: if the pupil leaves or the parents cancel after the applicable withdrawal period, paid enrollment fees and term fees are not refunded for the remainder of the agreed school year; the enrollment fee is treated as confirmation of the place and is applied against the pupil's final two months at the school.
- The iPad deposit is refunded when the pupil leaves the school.

Boarding / residential provision

- There is no boarding provision; the school operates as a day school for pupils in grades 1–10.

Other one-off or incidental costs

- Costs for school trips, specialist activities, textbooks or materials may be charged separately when applicable; the canteen and iPad deposit listed above are the recurring non-tuition charges explicitly published. Collections, reminders and enforcement

- Overdue invoices will incur interest charges.
- If invoices remain unpaid 60 days after the due date, the matter is forwarded to legal debt collection; the school issues a written reminder prior to enforcement.
