Our campus sits on a hillside forested with pine and cork trees and features a park-like layout. In 2018 the complete renovation of the kindergarten building and the redesign of the kindergarten outdoor areas were completed. The science laboratories are professionally equipped, the spaces for music and art are newly designed and bright, and the cafeteria is modern. All buildings are connected by a fiber-optic network, enabling multimedia teaching in all classrooms.

DS Málaga offers a wide range of after-school activities for Kindergarten through 12th grade. These activities are provided by external providers, with the school supplying the spaces and coordinating the program for the school year. Activities include football, athletics, ball games, basketball, volleyball, chess, robotics, golf, school choir, percussion, horticulture, art, yoga and meditation, cardio fitness, tennis, judo, piano, ceramics, fencing, and more. Registration is conducted exclusively online via the extracurricular activities website, with semester-based scheduling and related implementation details provided by the coordinators.
Deutsche Schule Málaga is an independent private school in Málaga that belongs to the global network of official German Auslandsschulen and is supported by Germany in staffing and funding. It is recognized by both the German and Spanish Ministries of Education. The school offers a bilingual German–Spanish curriculum for ages 3 to 18 and prepares students for the Deutsches Internationales Abitur, with campuses for Kindergarten, Grundschule, Sekundarstufe I, and Oberstufe/Sekundarstufe II.
