Billing schedule and payment terms

- Regular tuition is collected in monthly instalments via SEPA direct debit. The regular monthly billing period is September through June for most year groups; Grade 12 is billed September through May. A one‑off annual payment by bank transfer is accepted as an alternative (annual payment typically due in August). The bank direct‑debit collection takes place each month (collection window noted in the school's billing information).
- Excursions and canteen vouchers are paid separately through the school payment portal.

Sibling discounts and reductions

- Schulgeld (tuition) sibling discounts: first sibling 10%, second sibling 20%, third and subsequent siblings 30%. These sibling discounts do not apply to Kindergarten tuition.

- The deposited Kaution (deposit) is refunded on pupil exit provided there are no outstanding claims against the family.
