- Madrid and other municipalities: EUR 205 per month.

- Half‑route (one way) charge: 50% of the route fee.

- Price for 2nd and 3rd sibling using the service: EUR 76 per month.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Teaching (ens eñanza reglada) is invoiced in 10 monthly instalments: September through June. Equivalent monthly amounts above assume that 10‑month schedule.

- Full‑year payment option: the total annual amount for the course may be paid in a single payment before 15 July; when paid this way the school applies a 3% discount (must be requested annually through the school office).

- Comedor (meals) and transporte (bus) are contracted and billed by trimesters (quarterly in the school's organisation of terms).

- The school requests that families set up bank direct debit (domiciliación bancaria) for the recurring receipts; domiciled receipts are collected in the first days of each month. Charges for returned payments caused by the family are passed on to the family. The administration will not accept more than two months of arrears. A prolonged absence of the pupil does not exempt the family from paying the school fees.

Boarding / residence

- No boarding or resident accommodation fees are listed for the Villaviciosa campus. The published fee document does not include any residence/boarding option or boarding prices. Casvi Villaviciosa operates as a day school (no boarding fees applicable).

Other costs and typical extras

- Items explicitly included in the published fees: school meals, transport, regulated teaching, swimming, technology/robotics (TPR), language instruction, excursions and certain support services (orientation, psychopedagogy), accident insurance and the extended hours service where applicable.

- Items not listed as included and commonly charged separately: textbooks, certain personal materials, school uniform and any personal electronic device. Parents are responsible for textbooks and personal learning materials; some families report that the school sells textbooks and offers a short payment plan for book purchases. Device requirements (for example, an iPad used in later primary years) have been reported by parents; those device purchases and any mandatory accessories are normally charged to families separately from published tuition.

- Extra‑curricular activities, optional trips (such as ski weeks or overseas exchanges) and certain voluntary clubs are charged separately and are not included in the annual tuition.

Refunds and cancellation

- The published fees sheet does not set out a general tuition refund policy for mid‑year withdrawal; it states that a prolonged absence does not exempt the family from paying fees. The document also sets rules on arrears and returned payments but does not list a standard refund schedule for tuition already paid. Families should expect that cancellation and any refund/credit arising would be governed by the school's admissions and administrative conditions.

Fee payment options / methods

- The school requests families to domicile (direct‑debit) monthly receipts to their bank account; domiciled receipts are passed to collection in the first days of each month. Returned‑payment costs caused by families are charged back to the family. The published materials also describe the option to pay the full year in a single transfer/payment before the stated deadline to obtain the early‑payment discount. The school's admissions/secretary office handles payment method arrangements and formal registration of the chosen payment plan.

Notes and scope

- The figures above are the amounts published by Eurocolegio Casvi (Villaviciosa campus) for the school's published fee schedule for the academic year document found with a 2026–27 price leaflet. The fees are stated in euros (EUR) and the billing rules in that leaflet are the reference for instalment structure, discounts for annual payment, and billing frequency for meals and transport.

If you require these values presented as monthly instalments or converted to a different currency, the annual ➜ monthly equivalents shown above already reflect the school's 10‑month billing cadence for the teaching component (September–June).
