The school focuses on holistic development and global competence as core aims of its IB-based education. The Orientation Program and psycho-pedagogical actions provide guidance and counseling to students, families, and teachers to support social-emotional learning and individual development. Socioemotional competencies are assessed through the Socioescuela platform to monitor the school climate and prevent/detect bullying.
The Orientation Program explicitly addresses students with specific educational needs, including learning difficulties, ADHD, high abilities, late entry into the education system, language barriers, or other personal conditions requiring targeted educational responses. Guidance and psycho-pedagogical actions help tailor strategies for classroom support, integration, equality, and inclusion for these students.
English is taught with immersion from age 3 with international teachers, and German and Mandarin are taught from age 10. Foreign students with limited Spanish receive support classes in Spanish during the school day taught by Spanish/English teachers.
Socioemotional competencies are evaluated to monitor student well-being, and there is an emphasis on preventing and detecting bullying through the socio-emotional climate assessment and related safeguarding efforts.
Guidance activities emphasize integration, equality and inclusion, and anti-bullying measures, with psycho-pedagogical actions supporting safe learning environments and ongoing support for foreign students and families.
