Application / Enrollment fees
- Annual enrollment fee (one-time, non-refundable): EUR 900.00.
- Place renewal (to guarantee place for the following academic year; non-refundable): EUR 450.00 for Infant Community, Children's House and PYP; EUR 700.00 for MYP. Payment of the renewal is required during the first two weeks of February (failure to pay may result in cancellation of the place).

- Monthly total fee: EUR 585.00 (comprised of School fee EUR 540.00 + Pedagogical/resources fee EUR 45.00).
- Annual equivalent (billed over 10 months): EUR 5,850.00 (monthly total × 10).
- Children's House (ages 3–6)
- Monthly total fee: EUR 620.00 (comprised of School fee EUR 540.00 + Pedagogical/resources fee EUR 80.00).
- Annual equivalent (billed over 10 months): EUR 6,200.00.
- Elementary / PYP (ages 6–12)
- Monthly total fee: EUR 710.00 (comprised of School fee EUR 600.00 + Pedagogical/resources fee EUR 110.00).
- Annual equivalent (billed over 10 months): EUR 7,100.00.
- Middle Years / MYP 1–2 (approx. ages 12–14)
- Monthly total fee: EUR 790.00 (comprised of School fee EUR 660.00 + Teaching/materials fee EUR 130.00).
- Annual equivalent (billed over 10 months): EUR 7,900.00.
- Middle Years / MYP 3–4 (approx. ages 14–16)
- Monthly total fee: EUR 990.00 (comprised of School fee EUR 860.00 + Teaching/materials fee EUR 130.00).
- Annual equivalent (billed over 10 months): EUR 9,900.00.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Monthly fees are normally collected by direct debit; monthly payments are structured as 10 equal monthly instalments for the academic year. Returned direct-debit charges are payable by families.
- Prepayment (full-year payment) discount: 5% discount on the full-year price when paid by the stated prepayment deadline (deadline: July 30). Payments made in advance are refundable only if the right of withdrawal is exercised within 14 days of payment. The tuition fee when paid as a one-time payment is non-refundable.
- Withdrawals require a minimum notice of three months. The school may cancel a student's place for the following academic year if any monthly fees are outstanding.
Boarding / residential provision
- Boarding is not provided; the school operates as a day school.
Other costs and optional services
- Snack and lunch (100% natural / eco-friendly menu): Infant Community and Children's House: EUR 150.00 per month; Elementary and Middle Years: EUR 190.00 per month. A surcharge of EUR 30.00 per month applies for special menus without a medical prescription for diagnosed allergies or intolerances.
- Extended-hours and extracurricular time (monthly):
- Extension 8:00–9:00 (breakfast included): EUR 80.00 per month.
- Extension 8:30–9:00: EUR 40.00 per month.
- Extension 16:00–17:00 (afternoon snack included): EUR 80.00 per month.
- One-day / occasional charges:
- Extra hour: EUR 10.00 per hour.
- Breakfast / afternoon snack (single occasion): EUR 3.00.
- Meal (single occasion): EUR 8.00.
- School bus service (annual): Round trip EUR 210.00; one-way EUR 150.00. Bus and cafeteria fees are calculated on the total number of school days and prorated into 10 exact monthly payments.
- Discounts by family / sibling:
- Large family (official large-family status): 5% on the School fee.
- Second child: 10% on the School fee.
- Third child: 20% on the School fee.
- Fourth child: 30% on the School fee.
Refunds and non‑refundables
- The annual enrollment fee (Matrícula) is a one-time, non-refundable payment.
- The place-renewal payment is non-refundable and necessary to guarantee a place for the next academic year.
- Payments made in advance are refundable only if the right of withdrawal is exercised within 14 days of payment; tuition paid as a one-time payment is non-refundable. Returned direct-debit refunds will incur bank surcharges borne by the family.

- Preferred method for monthly fees: direct debit from a bank account.
- Bank transfer (for tuition or other payments) to BBVA. Account holder: LARAGO PAS SL. IBAN: ES27 0182 6127 1902 0158 7537. Families are responsible for any bank charges on returned payments.
Notes on included items in the pedagogical/resources fee
- The pedagogical/resources component covers Montessori pedagogy materials (ages 1–12), IB programme materials (PYP-MYP-DP), school and technological materials (excluding each student's personal items), insurances (including accident insurance), complementary field trips each trimester, books for MYP and DP, and the sustainable-school programme (garden and greenhouse).

Greenleaves Montessori American School is a private, secular international school in Madrid that blends Montessori pedagogy with an American curriculum and the IB framework. Serving ages 0 to 18, the school offers Infant Community, Children's House (3–6), Elementary (6–12), Middle Years (12–16), and Diploma Programme for 16–18.
