For Year 1 and above information from previous schools is required, including recent school reports and references; Taster days allow experience before final enrolment. For Secondary (11–15 years old) a family interview and observation is conducted, and entrance tests in English and Maths may be required; Spanish tests may be conducted for non-Spanish speakers. For Sixth Form (16–18 years old) a family interview and observation is conducted, and entrance tests in English and Maths may be required, with Spanish tests for non-Spanish speakers in some cases. Reports from previous schools may be requested. Language support is available if a child has limited English or Spanish and sufficient resources allow; private tuition may be arranged if resources are limited. Non-European students requiring a visa may incur a higher enrolment fee, with the difference compensated at the end of the first academic year; full details are provided during the process. Admission is confirmed by the Head of Admissions after the process. Securing a place requires admission grant, payment of the registration fee, and signing of the enrolment form by both parents or guardians. If a class is full, a waiting list is established. Necessary documentation includes: visit sheet, registration form with any special educational needs information, recent school reports, parents and student DNI/Passport/NIE, student medical card, vaccination record, updated medical report if applicable, proof of enrollment fee payment, translated documents if required, and any completed questionnaires. Induction for mid-year entries: Early Years and Primary have a tailored adaptation period; Secondary and Sixth Form have an induction plan. Equality and non-discrimination: admissions are open to all applicants regardless of race, gender, religion, nationality or disability. Right of refusal of admission: the school reserves the right to refuse admission if it cannot meet the student's educational or pastoral needs. Honest disclosure: parents must disclose their child's educational, physical and emotional needs during the admissions process; failure to disclose may result in withdrawal of an offer.
