English is the main language of instruction. Spanish is introduced from the first year of Early Years, and some subjects in Primary and Secondary are taught in Spanish. Valencian is included in the curriculum from Year 2 to Year 11, with the option to pursue official certification in Years 12 and 13. From Year 3, students study both French and German, with a decision to continue one language from Year 4.

International English School of Castellon delivers English National Curriculum alongside Spanish compulsory subjects to provide a double qualification recognised by British and Spanish authorities. It serves ages 1 to 18 across Early Years, Primary, Secondary. Early Years offers English immersion with native teachers and play-based learning. Primary maintains English immersion with an adaptable curriculum and transversal values. Secondary follows the British curriculum with key Spanish subjects and ongoing English immersion, with personalised support. Sixth Form provides the British Baccalaureate with a double qualification and tailored programmes to develop English proficiency.
