Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Get in touch. Enrolment for the 2026–27 academic year begins now. The relevant Admissions director will take you on a tour of our facilities and introduce you to the head teachers and coordinators. If you can't visit in person, we will arrange a virtual tour.

2. Visit Us. Come and see the school for yourselves or arrange a virtual tour. This will be an opportunity to meet the team, understand our philosophy and approach, and ask questions. In-person tours are available, or a virtual tour can be arranged.

3. Entrance Tests. Entrance tests may be required from Year 7 to Year 13 and a child's latest report from their current school is required. Children applying for Early Years Foundation Stage do not need prior knowledge of English to access the curriculum at the appropriate level.

4. Enrol. On receipt of the application form, successful entrance tests and a deposit, a place for the appropriate academic year is confirmed and you are welcomed into the ISM family. Admissions are open throughout the year.

Waitlist

A waiting list exists; when a place becomes available due to a pupil leaving or absence, the place is offered to the next child on the waiting list.
