English is the language of instruction. All students study Spanish; the frequency of Spanish classes depends on age; non-Spanish speakers receive specific Spanish as a foreign language in addition to the Spanish Curriculum. French, Chinese and German are available. In the IB Diploma Programme, Chinese A, Chinese Ab Initio, Spanish A and B, French and German B are offered.
Pupils gain bilingual language skills; English is the language of instruction in the classroom; Spanish is studied as a language; language support helps students become bilingual.

King's College Alicante is a British international day school for learners aged 2 to 18. The curriculum blends the English National Curriculum with IGCSE examinations at the end of Year 11 and A-Levels, and the school is an IB World School authorised to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, including a bilingual Diploma option at Year 13. English is the language of instruction with full immersion, and the school offers French and German language provision. The campus comprises dedicated EYFS facilities, primary and secondary sections, seven science laboratories, a music department with 28 iMacs, and a Digital Learning Programme supported by a one-to-one Chromebook scheme in the Secondary School, plus iPads from Year 5 in Primary, 3D printers, robotics and VR. Sport and Performing Arts are central pillars within an Inspired learning model. Opened in 2001 in its current building, it now serves more than 1,100 students from Nursery through Year 13.
