There are four Houses—Blue, Green, Yellow and Red. Pupils are allocated to a House for their entire school journey; Houses run inter-house competitions and activities, and House Points are awarded for good behaviour, performance and sport. House Captains and Deputies lead House activities.

Lady Elizabeth School is a British international school on Costa Blanca, with a campus in Cumbre del Sol. It serves learners from age 2 to 18, with boarding from age 13. The curriculum blends a British pathway with the IPC and Spanish study. Early Years (2–6) use a bilingual EYFS setting; Primary (6–11) combines IPC with the British National Curriculum to develop language skills and leadership; Secondary (11–16) prepares students for GCSEs through British and Spanish requirements; Sixth Form (16–18) offers Cambridge A Levels with mentoring and leadership opportunities, plus university guidance worldwide.
