Billing schedule and payment terms

- The total academic fee (tuition plus the technology fee, student materials/attention and similar recurring items) is divided into 10 equal monthly instalments charged from September through June.

- Textbook costs are invoiced in a single charge in October.

- Reservation for the next academic year: in February families who wish to keep their children enrolled pay EUR 250 per family as a place‑reservation fee; that EUR 250 is then deducted from the November receipt. If a student withdraws after the reservation payment is made, the reservation fee is not returned.

- Non‑payment: a student may be withdrawn from the school for failure to pay three consecutive monthly instalments.

Registration / refund rules

- The initial registration payment of EUR 500 is non‑refundable in all cases; for siblings the matriculation amount is EUR 200.

- The EUR 250 annual reservation charge (paid in February to reserve a place for the following year) is deducted from the November receipt; that reservation is forfeited (not returned) if the pupil is withdrawn after reservation.

Boarding (residency) status

- The school does not operate a boarding / residence offering (no internado). All provision is day‑school based.

Fee payment options and collection method

- Recurring tuition and service charges are collected as monthly receipts; extracurricular activity fees and their quarterly/termly instalments are processed by bank direct debit (domiciliación bancaria) to the same account where the school domiciles the main school receipt. This indicates direct‑debit collection is used for regular charges.

- Childcare vouchers (company childcare tickets) are accepted from all companies for eligible families.

Other practical notes on fee structure

- Complementary services (lunch, transport, daycare and similar) are billed as annual prices; changes to these services (signup/cancellation) must be communicated in advance according to the school rules.

- Extracurricular activity fees, music school fees and camp fees are priced separately from tuition and are billed according to their specific schedules and tariff lists. Examples of camp and extracurricular tariffs are published for the current season and for the music school (see the school's published tariff documents).
