Languages taught: Spanish and English in a bilingual program. From 4th Primary on, pupils can choose either French or German as a second foreign language and Chinese as an extracurricular activity.

Los Sauces Vigo is a private bilingual school in Mos, Vigo, beside CUVI. It serves students ages 3 to 18, from Early Childhood through Bachillerato, with a campus capacity of 750. The curriculum combines the American Curriculum with the IB Diploma Programme, and the American High School Diploma is offered across campuses. Instruction is bilingual in Spanish and English, with native English teachers. From Primary Year 4, pupils may choose French or German as a second foreign language; Chinese is offered as an extracurricular activity. The Dublin Programme invites 5th and 6th Primary and 1st and 2nd Secondary pupils to Bray Centre, Dublin, for a month, learning in English with native-speaker teachers.
