Billing schedule and payment terms

- Annual tuition and related charges are recognized as due on the first day of the school year (September) and are split for billing into ten instalments covering September–June.
- The financial schedule specifies two instalments at the start of October and at the start of May, and one instalment at the start of each month from November through April; monthly debits are executed approximately around the 6th of the month. Material, IT equipment and the solidarity fund are charged on the first September invoice; re‑registration is charged with the May invoice.
- Regular payment method: domiciliation (direct debit) to a Spanish bank account — families must complete a Spanish bank direct‑debit mandate for each enrolled child.
- In case of a rejected or unpaid direct debit, families must regularize by bank transfer within 10 days and a penalty of EUR 30 will be applied; continued non‑payment may result in withdrawal of the pupil and collection proceedings. Access to services is conditioned on payment of fees.

Boarding

- Boarding is not offered; there are no boarding fees. (The school provides day services, canteen, transport and childcare options.)

Refunds and cancellations

- If a family requests definitive withdrawal of a pupil at the end of the course, the school must be notified before May 30 of the current school year in order for the re‑registration fee to be refunded by bank transfer; no refund will be made for notifications received after that date.
- Registration and re‑registration fees are otherwise treated as non‑refundable and cannot be applied toward a future registration except as explicitly provided by the school's financial regulations.
- Half‑board (comedor) and transport are contracted by period at fixed prices (charged even if not used daily); reductions to cafeteria fees are possible only in exceptional, justified cases (for absences exceeding a month, documented and approved by the administration).

Accepted payment methods (summary)

- Primary payment method: Spanish bank direct debit (domiciliación bancaria) — mandatory for tuition, transport, comedor, material and re‑registration.
- If a direct debit fails, the family must make a bank transfer to regularize within 10 days; a EUR 30 administrative penalty applies for rejected payments.
