This supports emotional well-being and fosters a lifelong love of learning. Students are taught to be caring, curious and independent, shaping well‑rounded individuals. The holistic curriculum is defined by clear values that are lived by students, teachers, leaders and the parent community. Values include Excellence, Respect, Responsibility, Integrity and Compassion.
The school identifies and supports students with special needs, with early identification and tailored resources. The guidance department collaborates with teachers and families to support student development and address challenges. A SEND Policy exists as part of School Policies.
Spanish and English are the primary languages of instruction. In Early Years, there is almost total immersion in English, with about 80% of the day in English. From Year 2 of Infant Education, German and French are taught. From Year 5 of Primary, students choose one of these languages to continue to fluency. Students become fluent in three or more languages, and Magno is an official Cambridge examination centre with students taking official language exams at every stage of their education.
Win At Social is co-created with students to support wellbeing and responsible digital life, in partnership with The Social Institute (TSI). The programme equips students to make responsible online choices and to develop empathy, teamwork and critical thinking. Families access resources such as the Family Toolkit to continue discussions at home.
The Guidance Department provides Academic Guidance, Personal Development, Emotional Support and Career Guidance, in close collaboration with teachers and families, and identifies and supports students with special needs. Emotional support includes a safe, confidential space and access to the My Concern reporting platform. A Child Protection and safeguarding Policy exists as part of School Policies.
