Application / Reservation fee
- A reservation/enrolment payment is required at the time of enrolment consisting of the registration costs plus the fee corresponding to the month of September. This reservation/enrolment payment is non‑refundable once the enrolment is formalised.
Tuition fees — monthly, annual and per‑term (per school stage)
- The school issues tuition as monthly instalments. For most stages fees are billed across 10 monthly instalments (September–June). Infant School (ages 1–3) is billed across 11 monthly instalments (September–July); annual totals below are calculated from the published monthly rates multiplied by the number of instalments.
- Nursery School (1–3 years), 9:00–13:00: EUR 303 per month — Annual total (11 months): EUR 3,333 — Per term (approx., annual ÷ 3): EUR 1,111.00.
- Nursery School (1–3 years), 9:00–16:00 (full day): EUR 596 per month — Annual total (11 months): EUR 6,556 — Per term (approx.): EUR 2,185.33.
- Early Years (3–6 years): EUR 476 per month — Annual total (10 months): EUR 4,760 — Per term (approx.): EUR 1,586.67.
- Primary: EUR 497 per month — Annual total (10 months): EUR 4,970 — Per term (approx.): EUR 1,656.67.
- Secondary: EUR 605 per month — Annual total (10 months): EUR 6,050 — Per term (approx.): EUR 2,016.67.

(Note: the school's published billing method is monthly instalments; the per‑term figures above are a simple division of the annual total into three equal payments for convenience because the school does not publish term amounts.)
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard billing schedule: monthly instalments (September–June) for most stages; Infant School (1–3 years) is billed across September–July (11 instalments). Annual prompt‑payment and sibling discounts apply; there are also discounts on school transport for siblings and free enrolment for siblings and children of former students. A prompt annual payment discount is available.
- Regular payments are processed by direct debit (domiciliación bancaria) into the school's account; the reservation/enrolment payment is paid by bank transfer to the school account and must be evidenced with a transfer receipt. The school requires notification in writing at least 10 days before the next due date if the direct‑debit account details change.
Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable. Mirasur operates as a day school (no boarding facilities).
Other costs and optional services
- Canteen: the canteen is compulsory for Infant Education (1–6 years) except for Infant pupils enrolled for a half day; the published charge for a single day meal is EUR 12.
- School transport (examples from published schedules): morning & afternoon route (Pinto): EUR 104 per month; morning & afternoon route (other towns): EUR 152 per month; single route monthly options and per‑day single trip pricing are also published (for example, a single route monthly rate and single‑day trip rates are set in the school's fees document). Sibling discounts apply to the transport service.
- Extended hours / wraparound care: timed packages are charged (examples published): 1 hour EUR 78; 1 hour 30 minutes EUR 98; 2 hours EUR 110; single‑hour ad hoc rates and other time bands are published in the school's fees document.
- Field trips, residential trips, external exam fees, school uniform, books and online textbook licences, after‑school activities, and school transport are not included in the published tuition figure and are charged separately where applicable. School materials and 1:1 devices (iPad or Chromebook from Year 4 to Year 13) and educational visits within school hours are included in the tuition.
Refunds and cancellations
- The reservation/enrolment payment (registration costs and the September fee charged as reservation) is non‑refundable once the enrolment is formalised; the published policy states that the amount paid for reservation/registration will not be returned under any circumstances after formalisation.
Fee payment options
- Reservation/enrolment payment: bank transfer to the school account (the school publishes the specific account to be used for reservation payments). Regular tuition payments: domiciliation bancaria (direct debit) into a single designated account; the school requires written notice of any account changes at least 10 days before the next due debit. No other regular payment methods are specified in the published fee and conditions documents.
