- Termly option: three payments due on 1 September, 1 January and 1 April.

- Re‑enrolment / place‑reservation timing: the annual re‑enrolment (reservation) fee is charged in advance to secure the place; the school issues instructions and dates for payment of that reservation fee.
- Returned direct debit charge: EUR 30 per returned direct debit.
- Mid‑term starters: a student joining mid‑term is charged for the whole term. Tuition and academic charges are reviewed annually and subject to change.

Fee payment options and surcharges

- SEPA direct debit (bank direct debit) is the standard payment method and is required for monthly payment plans; bank details are provided at registration.
- Bank transfer is accepted in many cases; paying by bank transfer for monthly/termly invoices may incur a surcharge of EUR 40 per invoice. Annual bank‑transfer payment arrangements are handled separately with accounts (the €40 per‑invoice supplement does not apply to agreed annual bank transfers).
- Cash payments are restricted by Spanish money‑laundering rules; the school may refuse some forms of payment in certain circumstances.

Discounts

- Sibling discounts: the third sibling receives a 40% reduction on tuition, lunch and enrolment/re‑enrolment fees; the fourth sibling and any subsequent siblings receive a 75% reduction on tuition and enrolment/re‑enrolment fees and 40% off lunch.
- Advance‑payment discount: a 3% discount is applied to tuition (and to the re‑enrolment fee, refunded if applicable) when the full year is paid in advance by the published deadline.

Boarding

- Boarding is not offered; fees and schedules above reflect day‑school provision (transport and wrap‑around services are charged separately where used).

Refund and withdrawal policy (fees and notice)

- Registration and Enrolment / Re‑enrolment fees are non‑refundable.
- A minimum written notice period is required to withdraw a pupil (the standard parental notice requirement is set in the parent contract); failure to provide the required notice will result in fees in lieu of notice. "Fees in lieu of notice" are defined in the contract and will be charged where required. Withdrawing a pupil before the end of the school year will generally produce a refund for the remaining months of tuition, minus any applicable annual‑payment discounts and any fees in lieu of notice where notice requirements are not met.
- Fees are normally not refundable for absence due to sickness, shortened terms, school closures or force‑majeure events, except in exceptional circumstances at the school's discretion or where legal obligations require a refund.

What tuition covers

- Tuition fees include day trips (transport for those trips), most school materials and student medical insurance; they do not include uniforms, textbooks and some external examination fees.

Important operational notes

- Students with outstanding fees may have their place cancelled for the next academic year. Payments made for examinations or excursions are first applied to settle outstanding tuition before being allocated to the relevant activity. The school enforces late‑payment and collection provisions as set out in the Parent Contract.
