All food is prepared from fresh ingredients daily, with local sourcing when possible, and a vegetarian option is available every day. Breakfast is available for younger pupils and afternoon snacks are provided.

Oakley College is an international British school on a single campus in Tafira Alta, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, serving ages 2–18. The curriculum follows the British Curriculum for England and Wales, with about 80% of the school day taught in English. Students can study up to four languages: English, Spanish, French and German, with Spanish language and social studies taught in Spanish. The school is affiliated with the UK through the British curriculum and offers dual official qualifications: British IGCSEs and the Spanish Graduate in Compulsory Secondary Education; plus the Spanish Baccalaureate certificate and English A-Levels. Founded in 1989, the school reinvests 100% of income into development and maintains a family-like, values-driven environment: Respect, Responsibility and Resolving Problems. Facilities include four departments—Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form—and a chalet for Early Years; meals are provided daily.
