Term payments fall on 5 September, 5 December and 5 March. Monthly payments are collected between the 1st and 5th of each month from September through June. Returned direct‑debit receipts incur a surcharge of EUR 25 plus any bank charges. Non‑payment of two instalments may lead to suspension or expulsion until outstanding amounts are regularised.

Deposit, reservation and refund conditions

- The deposit (one‑time guarantee) is refundable provided the school's conditions are met: two months' prior written notice of withdrawal (notice recognised within the school year), all outstanding payments are settled, and the notification deadlines specified by the school are observed. When refundable, deposits are returned on the date stated in the fee schedule (the schedule shows a return date in late August). The registration fee (EUR 500) is non‑refundable in all cases. The reservation fee (EUR 495) will not be returned if the student does not start the following school year.

Boarding

- Boarding is not applicable: SEK Atlántico operates as a day school (no boarding provision listed for this campus). Transport routes for day students are provided.

Other compulsory or typical additional costs

- School materials: a separate school‑materials charge applies and is collected as a single payment (by bank receipt) in September; amounts for basic materials are shown in the school fee schedule for specific year groups (example: Nursery material cost listed at EUR 165). Excursions, external examination fees, extracurricular activities and certain textbooks or specialist materials are additional and are charged separately. External examination fees for some qualifications (AS/AL/A Levels, EPQ) are payable to the examining bodies and are not included in the annual fee.
- Uniform: a full school uniform is mandatory. Uniform and sports kit items are specified by the school and may be purchased through El Corte Inglés and Supercor Pontevedra; prices for uniform items are not published in the standard fee schedule.

- Registration fee (EUR 500): non‑refundable. Reservation fee (EUR 495): deducted from tuition but not refunded if the pupil does not start the next year. Deposit: refundable only if the school's withdrawal notice and payment conditions are satisfied; the schedule gives a specific return date in late August. Returned bank receipts incur EUR 25 plus bank charges. Non‑payment of instalments can lead to suspension/expulsion until accounts are settled.

Fee payment options

- Regular payments are collected by direct debit from the bank account provided by the family. Reservation payments are required by bank transfer within the reservation deadlines. The published fee schedule specifies bank‑based payment methods and direct‑debit collection as the standard procedures; credit‑card payment is not listed in the school's fee schedule.
