Afterschool Hub includes Thinkers Hub providing academic enrichment and problem-solving activities. Examples include chess and robotics. The program is designed to help students develop new skills beyond the classroom.
Afterschool Hub offers a Creative Hub with activities in music and the performing arts, including piano and choir, as well as drama and other creative pursuits.
Language Hub offers Spanish and English for adults, supporting language development within the afterschool program.
Sports Hub and Creative Hub offer sports and recreational activities; examples include basketball, football and judo.
Creativity, Action, Service (CAS) is part of the Diploma Programme; students undertake volunteering through NGO partnerships and organize non-profit fundraising with teachers and the community.
Career Advising and University Placement are provided through PreU Programs; the Unifrog app helps students explore interests, and university information sessions support college planning. Diploma students may undertake a week-long work placement as part of CAS.
Wellbeing Department provides psycho-pedagogical support to tailor individual plans and coordinate with teachers and families to promote emotional well-being, mental health and academic progress. Prevention of Bullying emphasizes a zero-tolerance policy with an anonymous reporting channel. Language Reception provides targeted language support for students new to Spanish, Catalan or English.
St Peter's School Barcelona is an IB Continuum school delivering the IB across Nursery to Diploma in English. Pre-IB (ages 1–3) leads to PYP (3–11), MYP (11–16) and DP (16–18). Learning is inquiry‑ and concept‑based with a multilingual approach: English as the main language, with Spanish and Catalan integrated and French included. In Spain, the IB Diploma is recognized by the Ministry of Education for university access, and the school supports converting IB results for universities when required. Founded in 1964, St Peter's was Barcelona's first international school to adopt English as a primary language and to embrace coeducation. It is the only Barcelona school authorised to offer the full IB Continuum in English across Nursery to Diploma. Facilities include science labs (Lab06, Science Labs, Tech Lab), libraries, a nurse room, play spaces, a theatre, dining room, and sports courts.
