Thames British School Madrid occupies a 6,200-square-metre facility serving the Early Years, Primary and Secondary Schools. All classrooms are modern, bright and spacious, each with an interactive whiteboard. Reception to Year 4 have private bathrooms inside the classrooms. Early Years and Year 1 use a dedicated entrance for drop-off with teachers, while Years 2–4 use the primary entrance and Years 5 and above use the main entrance. Outdoor spaces include a football field with artificial grass, a basketball court, and dedicated play areas attached to the classrooms for the younger year groups.

Thames British School Madrid is a British international day school for ages 1 to 18, located in Madrid. The school teaches in English and follows the National Curriculum for England, with languages including Spanish, German and French. It offers a broad Cambridge-based programme from Pre-Pre-Nursery through Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Levels and Cambridge A Levels, alongside the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) in the senior years. In Years 12–13, a courses and careers programme supports subject choices and pathways.
