Extra costs such as textbooks, technology devices (where required), language exam fees, specific course materials, and some trips are charged in addition to basic tuition.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school issues tuition charges on a regular billing schedule and offers standard options for payment in full or by instalments. Common payment patterns used locally include annual payment, fraccionado in two instalments (half on enrolment and half mid-year) or monthly instalments across the academic months. Where instalments are selected, there may be administrative terms that apply. Families typically provide a formal enrolment payment at registration to secure the place.
Refund / cancellation policy
- Enrollment/reservation fees are treated as one-off payments to secure a place and are non-refundable in standard practice. Tuition refunds or partial refunds for early withdrawal, mid-year departures, or cancellation follow the school's published admissions and billing policies and are handled on a case-by-case contractual basis. Families should expect that certain fees (for example admission/enrolment charges and any paid-per-service items) will not be refundable once the place or service has been confirmed.
Accepted methods of payment
- The school accepts standard bank transfer payments and card payments where supported; direct-debit and other electronic payment methods are typically accepted for recurring instalments. Specific payment instruments and instructions are provided directly on the school billing documentation.
Other notes on additional charges
- Extra-curricular activities, specialist clubs, music lessons, horseback riding, sports camps and external examination fees are charged separately.
- Occasional or ad-hoc charges (school trips, international exchanges, examination invigilation fees for external qualifications) are billed as they occur.
- Sibling discounts, early-payment discounts or negotiated payment plans may be available under the school's standard admissions/finance arrangements.
