Wingate School requires a full uniform for all students. Sixth Form Uniform includes white socks, black or navy trousers/shorts/skirts knee-length, Wingate navy polo with logo, plain black or white trainers, and a plain black backpack for school books and Chromebook; Sixth Form trousers/shorts/skirts may be bought elsewhere, but all other uniform items must be purchased from the online Uniform Shop. Senior School Uniform includes white socks, Wingate shorts, Wingate polo with logo, Wingate tracksuit in winter (Nov–Feb), plain black or white trainers, and a plain black backpack for books and Chromebook. Hair should be clean and tidy; jewellery should be minimal (watch and small plain stud earrings allowed); makeup should be natural.
Catering provides hot, healthy meals with a morning snack; monthly tailored menus; dietary requirements such as vegan, vegetarian and coeliac accommodated at no extra cost.
Wingate School operates a house system. In year 6 students can be democratically elected to become house captains; primary students earn house points to win motivational prizes; senior students can apply to be prefect; there is also a school council.

Wingate School is an independent, English-speaking campus in Cabo Blanco, Arona, Tenerife, Spain, educating 3-18 year olds within the British National Curriculum. The school delivers IGCSEs in English, English Literature, Mathematics, Spanish and Biology, with electives such as Geography, History, Physics, Chemistry, French and IT, and offers three International Advanced Level qualifications and additional options like the Pearson Extended Project Qualification. Instruction is in English for a diverse international intake, many of whom are non-native speakers. The campus combines modern classrooms equipped with large touchscreen boards with Chromebooks and Google Classroom, supported by AI coordinators, and features science labs, outdoor learning spaces, a Butterfly Conservatory and a Green Park recreation area. Facilities include a basketball court and an indoor theatre, with sustainability features such as solar panels and LED lighting. Wingate's strong exam results, international awards and a broad program of clubs underpin opportunities for higher education and global careers.
