Application & enrolment fees
- A one-off enrolment (registration) fee is required to confirm a place; this enrolment fee is non‑refundable. The school also charges a one‑off fee for Guidance Department tests; this fee is non‑refundable.
Tuition fees by year group and term
- The school does not publish a public table of standard tuition amounts by year group or per term. Tuition amounts and the complete breakdown by year group and term are issued to families as part of the formal offer and invoicing process; families receive detailed invoices from the Finance Team after enrolment. The academic year runs from September to June and is divided into three trimesters (September–December; January–March; April–June).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- The Finance Team issues the invoices corresponding to enrolment, tuition and additional services. A place is guaranteed only after the required payments for enrolment and guidance tests are made within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Extracurricular activities are charged termly. The first two trimesters are charged in full and the third trimester is charged proportionally when it covers only two months; there is an annual registration fee per activity. For extracurricular activities, the published termly prices and the annual registration fee apply as specified in the activities schedule.
Boarding fees (where applicable)
- Boarding is offered for students from age 13 and up with multiple accommodation options: full boarding, weekly boarding and termly boarding. Boarding prices vary according to the accommodation option and services selected. A refundable security deposit (fianza) is required for residence and is refunded at the end of the stay according to the residence conditions. Specific boarding tariffs are provided to families during the admissions/enrolment process and are not published as fixed amounts on the publicly available materials.
Other costs and fees
- Uniforms: The school operates an on‑site uniform shop and provides a Uniform Guide with the required uniform items and rules. Uniform purchases are handled through the school shop; the school facilitates access to required uniform items. Uniform orders can be placed by email and are delivered within the stated service window. Fees for uniform items are managed through the shop; specific item prices are provided in the Uniform Guide or at the uniform shop. Book and material fees are collected by direct debit.
- Books and materials: All required books and materials are provided to students in the first days of school; the charges for books and materials are collected by bank direct debit (domiciliación bancaria).
- Extracurricular activities and sports: Many activities have published termly fees and an annual registration fee. The activities catalogue shows typical term prices (for example, many activities shown at €150–€220 per term) and an annual registration fee of €10 per activity; sports activities have a separate annual registration fee noted (for example, €20 per pupil for sports academy registrations). Refund and billing rules for activities are described in the activities material (activities are charged per trimester, the third trimester is prorated, and no refund is provided for withdrawal mid‑term).
- School transport and school meals: Transport routes and a school dining service are available; specific prices for transport routes and meal plans are not published in the public materials. Meals are prepared on site with menus adapted by stage.
Refund information and cancellation terms
- The enrolment fee is expressly non‑refundable. Guidance Department test fees are also non‑refundable.
- Extracurricular activities: If a student withdraws from an activity before the end of the term, the remaining classes for that term are not refunded. Failure to pay an activity receipt results in cancellation and loss of the place in that activity.
- Boarding: A refundable security deposit is collected for residence stays; the deposit is refundable on exit subject to the residence terms and any deductions for damages or unpaid charges as set out in the residence terms. Specific refund mechanics and conditions for boarding are provided as part of the residence admission documentation.
Fee payment options
- Books and material charges are collected by direct debit (domiciliación bancaria). The Finance Team issues invoices for enrolment, tuition and services; families are expected to follow the invoicing and payment instructions supplied with those invoices. The school's public pages list invoice issuance and direct‑debit collection for certain services but do not publish a full list of accepted payment channels (e.g., which card processors or online payment portals are accepted) in the publicly available materials.
Summary of public fee information found and remaining items not published in public materials:
- Published, itemised amounts found: extracurricular term fees and registration fees (examples in the activities catalogue), annual sports registration fees, the annual activity registration fee, the practice that books/materials are charged by direct debit, and the uniform shop operations.
- Items not published as fixed public amounts: standard tuition fee schedules by year group (per term and per year), the numeric boarding tariffs by boarding option, specific uniform item prices in the Uniform Guide (shop provides pricing), transport route prices and meal plan prices. The school issues detailed invoices and fee breakdowns to families during the enrolment/offer stage.
