The school has a modern, carefully designed international campus in a strategic area of Málaga. The campus is 15 minutes by car from the city centre and 10 minutes' walk from the beach, with easy access to the airport and major transport routes. Facilities combine innovative academic spaces with social and sports areas, with technology, natural light and thoughtful design. An on-site student residence provides an integrated boarding experience. The classrooms, common areas and outdoor spaces are designed to foster concentration, creativity, independence and positive coexistence. The campus remains open beyond the timetable for sports, artistic and academic activities.
Sports facilities include paddle tennis courts, an astroturf football field, a heated swimming pool with a retractable roof, basketball courts and a fully equipped gym. There are on-site sports and recreational areas and changing rooms. The campus also features multipurpose tracks and pitches for a range of activities.
Academic facilities include a Main Offices Building, two music classrooms with 15 pianos, and a Computer Room equipped with a 3D printer. There are dedicated spaces for Art, Science laboratories and a Psychomotricity classroom. A Critical Thinking classroom for the PYP, a Library, Learning Support Classrooms, Conference rooms and Meeting Rooms support teaching and learning. A Nursing Room and a Dining Hall with meals prepared in our own kitchens complete the academic spaces.
The campus remains open beyond the timetable for sports, artistic and academic activities. The Concert Hall (Assembly Hall) supports assemblies and performances, and the facilities satisfy spaces for clubs and groups.
Yago School Málaga is a private international day and boarding school for ages 3 to 18 in Málaga, Spain. It offers the International Baccalaureate across the continuum: PYP in Early Years and Primary, MYP in Secondary, and DP in Diploma years. It is a candidate for MYP and DP, pursuing IB World School authorisation. The school provides bilingual instruction in English and Spanish and offers examination options in English, Chinese, Spanish and French. From Secondary onwards, students use iPads and MacBook Air, and on-site Boarding Home for Secondary to Baccalaureate students. The campus blends modern academic spaces with social and sports facilities, including a Concert Hall, music studios, art rooms, science labs, a library and a dining hall. Educational project emphasises values and holistic development, supported by wellbeing and anti-bullying initiatives and a house system. The Yago Foundation coordinates charitable activities, reinforcing a culture of service in the school community.
