Application / registration fees
- CASA DE NIÑOS (Infantil 3–5 years): Registration (Reserva de plaza / Matrícula anual) EUR 375.00.

- SECUNDARIA (12–15 years): Registration (Reserva de plaza / Matrícula anual) EUR 400.00. The registration fee is payable at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.

- Morning schedule (Mon–Fri 09:00–13:00): Annual EUR 3,980.00 (10 monthly payments of EUR 398.00).
- Half day with lunch (Mon–Fri 09:00–14:00): Annual EUR 4,593.30 (10 monthly payments of EUR 459.30).
- Full day (Mon–Fri 09:00–16:00): Annual EUR 5,820.00 (10 monthly payments of EUR 582.00).
- PRIMARIA (Taller I & II, 6–11 years) — full day (Mon–Fri 09:00–16:00): Annual EUR 7,070.00 (10 monthly payments of EUR 707.00).
- SECUNDARIA (12–15 years) — full day (Mon–Fri 09:00–16:00): Annual EUR 7,070.00 (10 monthly payments of EUR 707.00).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition and comedor (school meal) fees are annual amounts shown and are collected as 10 monthly instalments (10 cuotas). Payment is collected by bank direct debit (domiciliación bancaria) on the 1st day of each month. Bank and administrative charges generated by returned payments are charged in the following month. The school reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice if required by changes in legislation or supplier cost increases.
- Annual prepayment discount: A 5% discount applies to the annual tuition if paid in a single annual payment. The annual payment must be made by bank transfer (ingreso en cuenta) before the stated deadline (example deadline shown for this academic cycle: 15/07/2025). The 5% annual-payment discount is not combinable with other discounts.

Material, extras and other costs
- School materials (per term, paid in October, January and April):
- Infantil (Casa de niños): EUR 75.00 per term.
- Primaria and Secundaria: EUR 90.00 per term.
- Lunch for non-regular users (per day, when not enrolled in the meal plan): EUR 12.00 per day.
- Extended-hours (Early care / Madrugadores 08:00–09:00): EUR 30.00 per month; EUR 5.00 per single early-care day.
- Fees do not include: books and classroom-owned materials, costs of outings or cultural activities, residential trips (colonies), exchanges or other specific services that have an additional charge; specialized psychological/diagnostic or individual therapeutic services (e.g., psychopedagogical, neuropsychological, speech therapy, individual remediation) which may incur additional costs.

Discounts and sibling / family concessions
- Sibling discounts:
- 50% discount on the registration fee for the second sibling.
- 13% discount on the school fee of the lower-fee sibling.
- Large families and single-parent families with the regional family card (carnet DGA):
- Registration: 25% discount for all siblings.
- Tuition discounts: 10% when only one child attends; 15% on monthly fees for two children attending; 25% on the third and subsequent children.
- Discounts do not apply to material fees or other ancillary services. Discounts are not cumulative; the largest applicable discount is applied.

Refunds, absences and adjustments
- Registration fee (matrícula) is non-refundable. The school's stated policy indicates the institution is not obliged to return amounts already paid for registration or monthly fees. Bank and administrative charges from returned payments are charged in the next month.
- Tuition adjustments for students who spend part of the academic year abroad (not including family vacations):
- Less than one month: 100% of the corresponding monthly fee charged.
- Up to two months: 85% of the corresponding monthly fee charged.
- Up to six months: 50% of the corresponding monthly fee charged.
- Up to ten months: 25% of the corresponding monthly fee charged.
- Application of the above adjustments requires approval by school management.

Boarding
- No boarding fees apply. Zaragoza SchoolHouse operates as a day school; no boarding program or boarding fees are listed.

Accepted payment methods and practical notes
- Recurring tuition collection is by bank direct debit (domiciliación bancaria) on the 1st of each month. Annual single-payment amounts are to be deposited by bank transfer (ingreso en cuenta) to meet the annual-payment discount deadline when applicable. Administrative and legal notes on fees
- The school reserves the right to revise fees if changes in taxes or supplier costs occur, with a 30-day notice. Administrative bank charges for returned payments are passed to the family. Zaragoza SchoolHouse is a private international Montessori school in Zaragoza, Spain, serving ages 1 to 14. It follows an AMI Montessori pedagogy across Infantil, Primary and Secondary cycles, with English as the vehicular language and Jolly Phonics supporting English-language work. It is NEASC-accredited and officially recognized as an international school by the Government of Aragon. In Secondary, the program integrates an official ESO curriculum with extended hours in mathematics, physics and chemistry, plus a broad offering in music, art, programming and languages; Latin and Philosophy are taught from 1st ESO. The campus spans 8,000 m2 of gardens and Nature Classroom, with spaces for carpentry, architecture and agroecology, all used to extend Montessori learning outdoors. A dedicated kitchen serves meals in classrooms, and transport links include bus line 57 and nearby Argualas tram. After-school, summer camps and an extracurricular program in English and Spanish include swimming, Datchball, language classes and programming.
