Europaskolan is an International Baccalaureate World School in Sweden delivering the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and the Middle Years Programme (MYP) alongside the Swedish national curriculum. The school serves learners aged 5 to 16 and offers bilingual instruction in Swedish and English, with weekly mother tongue support to sustain internationalism. IB learning is embedded across two campuses: the Main Building at Gotlandsgatan 43 in Södermalm, and Eknäs Gård, a 15-hectare rural site 35 kilometres south of Stockholm, where students undertake practical, hands-on inquiry as part of the IB approach. Small class sizes (up to 24 students) emphasise inquiry, reflection and action. The school's off-campus Physical Education and Outdoor Life program highlights experiential learning through camping, hiking and visits to rock-climbing gyms and frozen lakes. Europaskolan supports progression to Swedish gymnasium, the IB Diploma Programme, or other high school options worldwide, grounded in global citizenship and lifelong learning together for students.
