Wellbeing and Support

How students are nurtured, understood, and kept safe

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

The Early Years Programme centers play-based exploration and inquiry at the heart of learning. Social skills development through units of inquiry and the IB learner profiles guides the beginning of the Primary Years Programme. The IB aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who become active, compassionate lifelong learners who understand that others with differences can also be right. Early learning in the PYP is a holistic learning experience that integrates socio-emotional, physical and cognitive development. The After School Programme provides a safe environment where students can develop social, language and communication skills, build self-confidence, and practice independent thinking, while the school emphasizes democratic values, equal rights and mutual respect.
