Lund International School is an International Baccalaureate World School located near the city centre of Lund. It offers an international daycare from age 2 and a full IB continuum for children aged 3 to 16, including the Primary Years Programme and the Middle Years Programme. The Early Years Programme emphasizes play‑based inquiry and smoothly leads into the PYP, while the MYP uses eight subject groups, encourages inquiry and real‑world connections, and prepares students for the IB Diploma Programme and the IB Career-related Certificate. Authorized in May 2009, LIS serves a multicultural community with 52 nationalities represented and 41 languages spoken. The school maintains small class sizes and on‑site, freshly prepared lunches. The campus is easily accessible by bus, and within Lund Municipality there is no school fee for PYP and MYP.
