Application and one‑time fees (new students)
- Application fee: CHF 500 per student.

How payments are billed and common payment schedules (due dates and terms)
- Advance / deposit on fees required to confirm a place:
- Day students: Advance on tuition CHF 2,500 due shortly after invoice/offer (to confirm enrolment).
- Boarding students: Advance on tuition & boarding CHF 39,000 due within 15 days of invoice/offer.

- Standard payment plans for the academic year (dates shown are the published deadlines for the 2025–2026 year):
- Plan A — single payment: entire balance due on 15 June 2025.
- Plan B — two installments: two equal payments (50% / 50%): first due 15 June 2025 and second due 15 November 2025 (day students) / 5 November 2025 (boarding schedule shows the second installment date).
- Plan C — monthly direct‑debit option (day students): ten monthly payments from 30 June 2025 to 31 March 2026; Plan C carries an administrative charge of CHF 500 per child and requires authorization for direct debit. (Plan C for day students only; when available it requires direct debit.)

- For boarding students the published balance amounts after the advance are: under Plan A the balance due on 15 June 2025 is CHF 74,500; under Plan B the two balances are CHF 37,250 + CHF 37,250. The advance (CHF 39,000) plus these balances equals the published annual boarding fee of CHF 113,500.

Billing, late payment and collection terms
- Invoices are issued electronically by default; paper invoices available on request. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the payer named on the original payment.
- Late payment consequences: fixed reminder charge (CHF 150 per 2nd reminder), and default interest (published at 12% for late payments). Non‑payment may result in suspension from classes, withholding of documents and other sanctions.

Boarding fees — inclusions and specifics
- Annual boarding fee (G5–G12 / CM2–Tle): CHF 113,500. This annual amount includes health insurance, provision of an iPad or MacBook Air (depending on grade) and insurance for those devices, books and mandatory school supplies, field trips and discovery days, three mountain weekends, personal laundry service (excess use/dry‑cleaning invoiced separately), EAL and Mathematics courses for the first marking period (for qualifying new students), sports uniform, blazer and a ski jacket. Exam fees (IB, MATU, BAC, TOEFL, SAT, IGCSE) are invoiced separately. Partial‑year boarding fees are published as CHF 62,500 (first semester) and CHF 73,900 (second semester), subject to availability.

Other fees and mandatory/optional additional costs
- Exam fees for external assessments (IB, Swiss Maturité, French Baccalauréat, TOEFL, SAT, IGCSE, etc.) are invoiced separately.
- School books: one set of school books is included in the published tuition; additional or replacement books are invoiced if required.
- School supplies: certain supplies for preschool and primary are provided and included; additional supplies may be invoiced.
- Lunch, bus transport and many after‑school activities are invoiced separately when applicable; bus and lunch services have separate general conditions. Example excursion charges for preschool/primary are published (e.g., CHF 105–115 per outing where applicable). Uniforms are mandatory for Preschool and Primary and are invoiced separately for day students; sports uniform, blazer and ski jacket are included for boarding students.
- Optional services (non‑exhaustive): private lessons, boarding trips, enhanced learning support and some extracurricular items may be invoiced separately. Any excess laundry use or dry‑cleaning is charged in addition to included laundry.

Refund, cancellation and early‑departure terms (summary)
- General rule: enrolment is for the full academic year (August–June) and signing the Tuition Summary or paying any portion of the advance creates an irrevocable commitment to pay for the full academic year except as set out in the published cancellation rules.
- Day‑student cancellation (examples from published schedule for 2025–2026):
- Cancellation received before 30 June 2025: release from the obligation to pay the full year by payment of the non‑refundable advance (CHF 2,500) plus one‑time fees.
- Cancellation received between 30 June 2025 and 15 August 2025: contractual penalty approx. 50% of annual tuition plus one‑time fees.
- Cancellation after 15 August 2025: full year's tuition and one‑time fees are due (100%).
- Boarding cancellation (examples from published schedule for 2025–2026):
- Cancellation received before 30 June 2025: release from full‑year obligation by payment of the advance on tuition and boarding (CHF 39,000) plus one‑time fees.
- Cancellation between 30 June 2025 and 15 August 2025: contractual penalty comprising a published portion of tuition and boarding (CHF 76,250) plus one‑time fees.
- Cancellation after 15 August 2025: full annual Tuition and Boarding fees plus one‑time fees are due. Early‑departure notification deadlines (for partial refunds/penalties) are published (examples: notification by 30 Sep ~ 50% tuition / 100% boarding; by 31 Dec ~ 80% tuition / 100% boarding; after 31 Dec ~ 100% of annual tuition and boarding).
- Security deposit refund: the refundable security deposit is returned without interest within three months after departure when all financial obligations have been fulfilled; the refund is made by bank transfer to the original payer.

Accepted payment channels and practical payment notes
- Published payment channels include bank transfer and card/online payments via an approved international payment platform (Flywire is used for tuition payments and supports bank transfer and card/online payment methods). Payments made by card or online methods are typically guaranteed to the school; Flywire processing times vary but are commonly 2–3 business days to deliver funds to the school. Direct debit authorization is required for the monthly Plan C option. Payments from certain sanctioned countries or sanctioned banks are not accepted. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the payer on record.

Administrative charges and extras
- Administrative charge for Plan C (monthly) for day students: CHF 500 per child (CHF 50 per month over 10 months). Direct debit is mandatory for Plan C.
- Reminder charge and default interest for late payments: CHF 150 for a second reminder and default interest at 12%.
