It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
From a small group of six children in 2008, the school grew quickly. It now has one class per level from 3 to 15 years old and around 190 pupils. The classrooms occupy the first two floors of a listed Art Deco building built for Lemania School in 1913. The school shares a state-of-the-art science laboratory with the IB section of Lemania School.
Kindergarten outings occur about once a month to museums and places of interest. Festivities include Halloween with costumes and trick-or-treating; Christmas carols performed by pupils; Candlemas pancakes; Easter eggs; and Mother's Day surprises. The year ends with a theatre performance by Enfantines and Primaires, preceded by a school barbecue. Twice a year, parents are invited to cheer on their children at sports tournaments; the sailing camp and year-end picnic bring families together.
École Bilingue de Suisse Romande is a private bilingual school in Lausanne serving children aged 3 to 15. It offers a programme drawing on French, British, Cambridge IGCSE, Singapore and Swiss curricula, with English-French bilingual immersion from early years. The youngest learners follow a 50/50 language split, with two years of English immersion for francophone pupils and a transition year; from Year 3, French elements are introduced and the programme becomes fully bilingual with native speakers in both languages. In primary, subjects are taught by specialists; the English component aligns with British standards while maths follows the Singapore Programme and geometry follows a French programme. The path continues through Collège with Gymnase entrance. The school occupies an Art Deco building (1913) shared with Lemania's IB section and has a science laboratory and a craft workshop. Extras include ski and sailing camps, exchanges with German students, trips to Rome and Vienna.
