Introduction

Located in Geneva, Ecole Internationale de Genève – Campus des Nations operates on two campuses: Pregny (Pre-Reception to Year 3, ages 3–7) and Saconnex (Years 4–13, ages 8–18). Saconnex houses modern, purpose-built facilities including spacious classrooms, dedicated performing arts spaces, a large sports hall, and all-weather outdoor basketball courts, complemented by a cafeteria; Pregny serves Early Years in a village-like setting. The school offers an English/French programme with instruction primarily in English and a strong emphasis on French, within the International Baccalaureate continuum: PYP, MYP, and DP, plus the IBCP Career-related Programme. Campus des Nations is located in the heart of Geneva's international quarter and is easily accessible by public transport from both the city centre and major residential areas. The UN, the ILO and the WHO are among its neighbours, and many employees' children attend the campus. The campus has two sites: Pregny, serving Pre-Reception to Year 3 (ages 3 to 7), and Saconnex, accommodating Year 4 to Year 13 (ages 8 to 18). Saconnex features modern, purpose-built facilities including spacious, bright classrooms, dedicated performing arts spaces, a large sports hall, a welcoming cafeteria, and outdoor areas with all-weather basketball courts.

Billing schedule, instalments and payment terms

- Tuition instalments and due dates: 1) 20% — 30 June; 2) 30% — 31 August; 3) 30% — 31 December; 4) 20% — 31 March. Any other invoice must be paid by the due date shown on that invoice.
- Late payment: the School may charge a late payment fee up to a maximum of 1.25% of the amount due per month of delay (covers interest and administrative costs). The Foundation may refuse class entry or withhold diplomas/transcripts for unpaid invoices.
- Advance payment on re‑enrolment: CHF 1,000 per child (non‑refundable if the student does not return); this amount is deducted from the first instalment.

Refunds and cancelled‑enrolment penalties

- Registration fee and the one‑off Capital Development Fee (CHF 4,000) are non‑refundable. The re‑enrolment advance (CHF 1,000) is non‑refundable if the student does not return.
- Any started school term is entirely due. Withdrawal penalties (examples for the 2026–2027 schedule):
- Withdrawal up to 30 April 2026: no tuition refund (but non‑refundable fees are retained).
- Withdrawal 1 May–15 June 2026: penalty = 15% of annual tuition.
- Withdrawal 16 June–31 July 2026: penalty = 25% of annual tuition.
- Withdrawal 1 Aug–30 Sept 2026: charged for 1st school term.
- Withdrawal 1 Oct–31 Dec 2026: charged for 1st and 2nd school terms.
- From 1 Jan 2027: charged 100% of annual tuition.
- Transport and cafeteria: in the event of illness lasting more than four weeks, a refund for cafeteria/transport can be considered on request and only on production of a medical certificate; requests must be made when the student returns to class (week of return) at the latest.

Other fees and recurring / optional charges

- Annual Capital Development Funding (separate from the one‑off CHF 4,000) of CHF 500 is listed as not included in tuition and will be invoiced separately where applicable.
- Tutorial fees (including World Languages), external examination fees (IB and Maturité suisse), study and cultural trips (field weeks), winter sports outings, transport, restaurant/cafeteria services, extra‑curricular activities, and other optional courses/lessons are not included in tuition and are invoiced separately.

Boarding

- Boarding is not applicable. Students must live with their parents or a close relative named as legal guardian; the School reserves the right to terminate the Enrolment Contract if this condition is not met.

Fee payment options and methods

- Preferred settlement methods: e‑payment through your bank platform (via the Parent portal), or "bulletin de versement (BVR)" using the payment slip attached to the invoice. In exceptional cases, payments may be made by bank transfer to the Foundation account (IBAN and SWIFT/BIC details appear on invoices). Application fee (CHF 250) is payable online by credit card (Visa and MasterCard only).

Discounts, financial aid and special notes

- Multi‑child discount (on request): for families with three or more children attending the School (10% for 3rd child; 15% for 4th child; 20% for each additional child). Forms and annual renewal required. Bursaries (financial assistance) are available for current students and are allocated annually.

The Safeguarding & Child Protection Handbook is reviewed annually, and all staff sign the Code of Conduct every year. Child protection covers preventing and addressing violence and abuse to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students. There is a reporting protocol with campus-designated safeguarding emails; Campus des Nations uses safeguarding.nat@ecolint.ch. A Groupe de Référence, supported by a pastoral team including teachers, heads of year, nurses, psychologists, assistant principals and the principal, manages concerns and escalates them using four levels.

Admissions

Admissions

1. Submit your application online through the Admissions platform and create an account. Applications can be submitted for the current school year or for future years, and the earlier the application is submitted, the better the chances of obtaining a place. Depending on the number of places available, new students may be admitted during the year up to May 1. 2. Provide the listed documents to support the application. A recent passport photo is required for the school ID, and proof of date of birth is required for applicants up to age 5. Include copies of the end-of-year school reports for the last two years (in English or French) and the current year's reports if applicable. Include a short essay describing the child or a self-portrait drawing, with the child's name underneath, and complete the online payment of the CHF 250 application fee. 3. Admissions criteria. All applications are considered individually, taking into account placement in the present school, any changes during the applicant's education, languages spoken, and final goals. The level of maturity and age are considered, with exceptions possible on a case-by-case basis. Children must be toilet trained before they start school. 4. Offers of places for entry in September. Places will be offered by the Admissions Office by telephone or email from February onwards to the end of August. Following the acceptance of a place by the parents, a contract is sent by the Admissions office. The place is secured upon receipt of the enrolment contract signed by the parents and of the payment of the Registration Fee and the Capital Development Fund Fee. 5. Come and join us. To begin, create an account and submit your application via the Admissions platform. Applications can be submitted for the current year or future years. Early submission improves the likelihood of securing a place. If questions remain, contact the Admissions team via the online form, by email, or by phone.

Scholarships

Fully funded scholarships are available for promising students from diverse backgrounds. Since 2019, scholarships have been donor-funded and support exceptional students through the Ecolint Scholarship Programme.
