Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition (écolage) is billed and due semestrially in advance (first instalment due in August for the autumn/winter semester; second instalment due in January for the spring semester).
- Monthly payment is available as an alternative to semestrial billing; a 2% surcharge applies to payments spread monthly.
- Penalties for late termination: if the school receives a resignation after 15 February but before 1 June, a penalty equal to three months of tuition is due; resignations received after 1 June incur a penalty equal to one semester of tuition. For departures or expulsions during a semester the entire semester is due.

Refunds and cancellation rules
- Cancellation after the contract is signed: the registration fee (CHF 1,000) is not refunded if parents cancel after signing; if the school refuses the admission, the registration fee is refunded.
- No pro rata reductions during a semester: cancellation during a semester does not give entitlement to a reduction for the interrupted semester; the interrupted semester is due in full. Specific late‑resignation penalties apply as noted above.
- Activity and trip fees are generally non‑refundable if cancellation is after the school's stated deadlines; the school may specify refunds or reductions case‑by‑case with prior notice.
