Application / Registration Fees
- A registration (enrolment) fee of CHF 1,000 is required for every new pupil; a place is reserved upon receipt of this enrolment fee and the signed enrolment agreement.
- Administrative and re‑enrolment fee: CHF 200 per year to confirm re‑enrolment (waived for the third and any additional children).
Tuition fees — Primary (1P–4P)
- 1P: CHF 18,500 per year.

- Enrolment is valid for one full academic year. School year divided into 1st semester (September–January) and 2nd semester (February–June). Tuition is payable in two instalments in August and January. Cancellation during the year does not entitle to a reduction of tuition.

- School books, teaching materials & computer environment: CHF 350 per year (1P–4P). An invoice is sent at the start of the school year.
- Activities fee (flat): CHF 150 per year (covers activities and short school trips; does not cover school camps).

Secondary I — Additional charges
- School books, teaching materials & computer environment: CHF 780 per year.
- Activities fee (flat): CHF 100 per year.
- School restaurant: CHF 1,550 per semester (or CHF 250 per semester for picnic option).
- Studies (per semester): 1 day: CHF 400; 2 days: CHF 700; 3 days: CHF 950; 4 days: CHF 1,200. Extracurricular workshops CHF 500–990 per year. Summer school 1 week CHF 450. Transport and administrative fees as above.
Tuition fees — Gymnasium (Swiss Maturité / Double Diploma)
- Standard gymnasium (2.5 years model):

- S5: CHF 25,500 (S5 tuition fees are payable in full in August).
- Double Diploma (Swiss Maturité + IBDP):

Gymnasium — Additional charges
- School books, teaching materials & computer environment: CHF 950 per year.
- Activities (flat): CHF 60 per year.
- School restaurant: 10‑meal card CHF 125 (drinks extra).
- Studies (per semester): 1 day CHF 400; 2 days CHF 700; 3 days CHF 950; 4 days CHF 1,250. Revision courses and IBDP/maturité exam fees: additional charges apply (revision courses quoted CHF 450–750; special IBDP week CHF 700; additional fees for IBDP and maturity exams). Transport and administrative fees as above.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed per semester and is due in advance. Standard instalments are payable in August and January. Monthly payment arrangements are available subject to a 2% surcharge. Late cancellation penalties and refunds follow the deadlines set by the school (cancellation by registered letter received by 15 February to avoid late‑cancellation penalties; penalties apply for later cancellations). For cancelled enrolments, the applicable penalties include a charge equal to three months of tuition if cancellation is received between 15 February and 1 June, or a charge equal to one semester if received after 1 June. When a pupil leaves or is expelled during the school year, the interrupted semester is due in full.
Boarding fees
- Not applicable to the Nyon day campus: no boarding or boarding fees are listed for Ecole Moser Nyon; available campus services are for day pupils (school restaurant, after‑school care, shuttle).
Other costs and optional fees

Refunds and cancellations
- Cancellation during an academic year does not entitle parents to any reduction of the tuition already due for that year; if a pupil leaves or is expelled during the year, the interrupted semester is due in full. Cancellation deadlines and associated penalties are specified by the school (see the re‑enrolment and cancellation schedule and penalties). In case of cancellation of a pre‑enrolment/registration after payment, the registration fee is not refundable; if the school refuses an application, the registration fee is refunded.
Fee payment options and invoicing
- Tuition is due by semester in advance; the school issues invoices for tuition and materials. Monthly payment can be arranged with a 2% surcharge. Specific payment arrangements, instalment schedules and invoice details are handled by the school's billing process.

Ecole Moser Nyon is a private Swiss school serving ages 4–18, offering a Swiss curriculum alongside the IB Diploma Programme. A pathway allows progression over 6, 10 or 14 years from primary (1P) through Secondary I to Swiss maturité or the Swiss maturité + IBDP double diploma. Primary education is plurilingual with gradual immersion in German and English; Secondary I provides multilingual education in years 9–10 with German and English reinforced and three streams in year 11: Bilingual German, Bilingual English, and Classic. The Gymnasium offers bilingual maturité options and a bilingual path to IBDP, plus Sport/Art Studies. The campus sits on a 10,000 m2 wooded site between Lake Geneva and the Jura, housing two buildings, science labs, two libraries and a learning center, plus gym, sports fields, and a vegetable garden. Extracurriculars include morning lectures, study support, Green Weeks, ski camps, and international exchanges, and CAS projects via IBDP.
